With the increasingly serious desertification,desertification control has become a top priority.A kind of multi-functional traction sand-fixing equipment is developed,achieving the mechanization of the laying of straw square barrier to effectively combat desertification in the sand.According to the requirement of working environment and theory calculation,this paper has completed the design of the transverse conveying straw mechanism,multi-rod pushing straw mechanism and multi-rod parallel steps transverse inserted straw mechanism and transverse hydraulic system.The designed transverse inserted straw system can realize conveying straw,pushing straw and insertion straw,and ultimately the forming straw sand barrier.This paper focuses on the research results of the multi-rod transverse pushing straw mechanism and the multi-rod parallel steps transverse inserted straw mechanism and the design of the hydraulic system.The virtual prototype model of multi-rod pushing straw was established using Creo software.The pushing straw board was optimized according to mass balance principle,and the mechanical properties of the straw board was analyzed through the dynamic simulation.The mathematical model of inserted knife six bar mechanism was established and its kinematics formula was deduced using the bar group vector method.The kinematics model was solved by Matlab nonlinear theory.End trajectory of the inserted knife mechanism was planned in the matlab according to the actual working requirements,which reveals the influence rule of the parameters in the six bar mechanism,realizing the trajectory optimization of the multi-rod parallel steps inserted straw mechanism.According to the inserted knife mechanism after optimization,dynamic equations of multi-rod parallel steps transverse knife mechanism was deduced using Lagrange equation method,and the type of knife mechanism was simulated by using multi body dynamic analysis tools.According to the operating requirements of transverse inserted straw system,this dissertation completed the design of hydraulic circuit in this transverse inserted straw system,And simulated the hydraulic circuit of multi-rod parallel steps inserted knife mechanism using AMESim software,which evaluated the performance of hydraulic driving system.Finally,In order to further improve the next research,the experiment was carried out on the conveying straw and pushing straw mechanism and the experiment results verify the reliability of the mechanism.
