Since the flue-cured tobacco tobacco into China,it has been planted in most parts of China and has become one of the most important economic crops,maked a great contribution to the country's fiscal revenue and economic growth.However,there are still many shortcomings in the operation of cultivating and cultivating soil in flue-cured tobacco in China.The cultivating and cultivating machine for flue-cured tobacco in the plain tobacco area is mostly based on other crop cultivating and cultivating machine.Although it can complete rotary tillage,weeding and soil cultivation at one time,but after the operation,there are problems such as shallow ploughing depth,serious ploughing,high power consumption,large soil lumps,and uneven ridge surface.The requirements,to a certain extent,have affected the operational results that the agronomy should achieve.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research status of the development of cultivating and cultivating machinery for flue-cured tobacco at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing cultivating and cultivating machinery for flue-cured tobacco in China.According to the agronomic requirements,agricultural technical requirements and performance of the working machine in China Required that a new type of flue-cured tobacco cultivating and cultivating double-layer working machine was developed.The main contents as follows:(1)According to the agronomic,agricultural technical and performance requirements of the cultivating soil for flue-cured tobacco in the plain area of Heilongjiang Province,combined with the characteristics of the cultivating and cultivating machinery,the overall configuration scheme of the machine is determined,and the whole machine and key components of the cultivating and cultivating of the flue-cured tobacco Design,and explain the main structure and working principle of the working machine to determine its main technical parameters.(2)An adjustable angle rotary tillage hood is designed.By adjusting the angle of the rotary cover deflector and the angle of the swinging cover swinging plate,the soil of the rotary cutter group is thrown and thrown and hit on the rotary tiller.The flow direction makes the soil flow to the ridges on both sides,thus reducing the resistance of the soil shovel,and the discrete element simulation analysis of the rotary cultivator of the working machine is carried out by the discrete element simulation software EDEM.(3)A new type of soil shovel is designed.This soil shovel can control the soil flow directionand soil flow in different directions,and can control the ridge shape and ridge height by adjusting the angle of the shovel.(4)The Solidworks software was used to complete the modeling,assembly and evaluation of the working machine,ensuring that there is no mutual interference between the components.Finally,the 2D drawings are output,all the components are processed and manufactured,and the physical prototype is assembled and tested.The prototype is tested.It works normally and meets the design requirements,laying a good foundation for the next experimental study.(5)The static and modal analysis of the frame were carried out by ANSYS software.The static analysis results show that the frame has a stable deformation and reasonable design under the static load.The frame structure is stable and the design is reasonable.The analysis results show that the overall deformation of the frame is small under the influence of its natural frequency,and the natural frequency is large,and the vibration frequency will not cause damage to the frame structure.(6)Through the experiment of the influence of the inclination angle of the deflector on the fuel consumption,the simulation results of the discrete element simulation are verified.The experimental results are consistent with the results of the discrete element simulation analysis,which proves the correctness of the simulation results and the feasibility of the design of the rotary cultivator.(7)Through the three-factor and three-level orthogonal test,the optimal working parameter combination is determined.The test results show that when the forward speed of the unit is selected as 3 km/h,the angle between the two blades is 30°,and when the depth of the soil is 9 cm.The rate of soil erosion is 90.72%,the qualified rate of soil is 93.33%,and the seedling rate is0.22%.At this time,the rate of soil and soil is higher and the rate of burying is lower,which is in line with the expected target of the experiment.
