Study On Characteristic And Cultivating Measure Of Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Jiucaiping 2

Using flue-cured tobacco varieties Jiucaiping2 as the experimental material,to understand the quality and characteristics of the flue-cured tobacco variety Jiucaiping2,excavated material basis of the characteristics.Studying the productivity and stability of Jiucaiping2 accoding to its economical characters and diseaseresistance.The experiment was set three factors of planting density,nitrogen,remained leaf number,each factor set three levels with L9(34)or thogonal experiments to study the optimization of cultivation measures.The results showed that:(1)The tobacco variety Jiucaiping2 had better Fen-flavor at high altitude,had better sense quality than Honghuadajinyuan.The material basis of Jiucaiping2 quality style were higher total sugar,sugar alkali and browning reactions.The total sugar and sugar alkali of Jiucaiping2 were different at different ecological conditions.The Jiucaiping2 was regional.(2)The economic characters of tobacco variety Jiucaiping2 stand out.And its productivity and stability showed better than Honghuadajinyuan,K326 and Yunyan87.The variety Jiucaiping2 will show stable productivity at the quality region of Honghuadajinyuan and Yunyan87 with the AMMI model.The diseaseresistance of tobacco variety Jiucaiping2 showed better.The incidence of various disease were lower than check variety,and particularly evident at high altitudes.(3)The best cultivating measure of tobacco variety Jiucaiping2 was: 1,200 plants/667m2,5.5kg/667m2 for nitrogen and 21 leaves/plant.At this mwasure,LAI was 3.57,Phlorophyll was1.29mg/g,exceeding the 1.25mg/g average of tobacco leaves.The photosynthetic rate was 13μmol·CO2·m-2·s-1,was the highest in all methods.The fresh weight per leaf was 78.2 g,the dry weight per leaf was 14.5 g.they were increseed with the measure.The out put was 190 Kg/667m2,The proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves was increasedby2% ~ 3%.Under this cultivating measure,the tocacco leaves get high quality and high-yield.Under the best cultivating measure,the content of nicotine was 2.5%,the total sugar was 30%in middle leaves,the content of nicotine was 3%,total suger was 25% in upper leaves,the tobacco leaves had the best coordination.The appearance quality score was higher than average score under the cultivating measure,appearance quality was better.The content of browning reaction product was 13.29 μg/g,the content of neutral aroma components was727.74 μg/g.Both of them were higher than average,showed that the tobacco leaves showed distinct Fen-flavor under such conditions.
