Since the spread and application of plastic film mulching technique for 30 years,it has played a key role in the improvement of crop quality and yield in arid and water-deficient areas.However,with the increase of the mulching years and the expansion of the mulching area,the residual film pollution in the ploughing layer of the soil increased.Mechanization recovery of plough layer residual film can reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.The existing ploughing layer residual film recovery machine is designed according to experience and has no accurate experimental analysis and theoretical research.In this paper,aiming at the mechanical properties of the ploughing layer residual film,a comb-toothed ploughing layer residual film recovery machine is designed.First of all,the purpose and significance of reclaiming residual film in plough layer are expounded.The classical models of residual film recovery at home and abroad are understood,and the present research situation and existing problems of the machinery for recovering residual film from ploughing layer are emphatically introduced.Through the mechanical test of the residual film in the plough layer of cotton field,the basic mechanical characteristics of the residual film in the plough layer were obtained,and the optimum time of film collection was selected.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing residual film recovery machine,through theoretical analysis and pre-test,design the whole machine.Using modern design technology,virtual prototype constructs three-dimensional model and determines the prototype of whole machine design.The structure and components of the whole machine are designed and tested in theory,and a prototype is made.Through the cotton field test,the optimal combination of machine and tool operation is obtained.(1)Three different types of mulch film were selected for mechanical tensile test at different time.The mechanical properties of reinforced plastic film are better than that of weather resistant film and ordinary plastic film,but the mechanical properties of reinforced plastic film decrease with the time of film coating,and the recovery of residual film should be better as soon as possible.Compared with the new plastic film,the transverse and longitudinal tensile strength decreased by 23.14%,and the minimum elongation at break decreased by 28.74%.(2)Comb-tooth plough layer residual film recovery machine is composed of film lifting device,film removing device,conveying device,collecting film device,frame,suppression device and so on.The length of membrane comb is 200 mm,the installation angle is 90 °,the spiral angle is 7.2 °.(3)The design of the hydraulic device of the traveling wheel ensures the film starting depth during the work of the implement.The design of the transmission system provides guarantee for the power transmission of the whole machine.(4)Through single factor and orthogonal experiment,it was found that the optimal combination was the rotation speed of 150 rmin,the working speed of 6kmhm / h and the working depth of 200 mm.The recovery rate of residual membrane was 73.83% and the recovery efficiency of residual membrane was 0.07076 hm.
