| According to the supervision and layout of the“sky-earth integration”of soil and water conservation in the concentration area of production and construction projects proposed in the“National Soil and Water Conservation Supervision Plan”,taking the typical counties(Fengyang and Xuyi counties)along the Huaihe River Basin as the research objects,which are"concentrated mining areas of mineral resources along the Huaihe Hills(the inter-provincial section of Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces)".This research based on the 2018remote sensing images,combined with basic data collection,remote sensing interpretation and field investigation,distribution characteristics of land use types and soil erosion intensity in typical counties are analyzed,and major types of production and construction projects and their distribution patterns are defined.The main types and distribution patterns of the projects provide effective decision-making basis and technical support for improving the pertinence and accuracy of the supervision and management of water and soil conservation“sky-earth integration”for watershed construction projects.The main findings are as follows:(1)Distribution characteristics of land use typeBoth counties are dominated by farmland.The farmland accounts for 61.20%in Fengyang County and 51.25%in Xuyi County.Secondly,Fengyang County has more forest land,accounting for 14.38%,while Xuyi County is dominated by waters,accounting for 21.00%.The distribution of other types is basically the same,in order as construction land(urban villages and industrial and mining land),transportation land,garden land,grassland,and other land.Forest land and mining areas are mainly distributed in hilly areas,and the remaining types are mainly distributed in plains.(2)Distribution characteristics of production and construction projectsThe production and construction projects in the study area are mainly open-pit mining projects,urban construction projects,wind power projects,agricultural and forestry development projects,and the first three categories are mostly,and urban construction projects are widely distributed.Fengyang County,as a whole,has a distribution pattern of more West and more South parts.It is concentrated in the hilly areas in the south,mainly in mining engineering.Xuyi County is distributed in the central and southern parts of the country.It is dominated by hilly areas in the southwest,and many wind power distributions.The projects in the two counties are mainly distributed below 15°and mainly in 8-15°degrees.Open-pit mining projects are vulnerable to slope influence,urban construction projects should pay attention to human disturbance.The open-pit mine area and of Fengyang County is 16.70km~2,and Wudian Town is the majority;the urban construction project area is 18.58km~2,and there are many in Damiao Towns.The three towns of Wudian,Dumiao and Guantang are the focus of open-pit mining project supervision.Damiao and two industrial parks are the key points for urban construction project supervision.Damiao Town is the overall supervision key area of production and construction projects.Wind turbines are distributed in Wudian Town,Liufu Town,and Liufu Town is the majority.The mining area of the open pit mine in Xuyi County is 11.99km~2,and Gusang Town is in the majority.The urban construction project area is 13.45km~2,and Xucheng Town is in the majority.The two towns of Gusang and Heqiao are the key points for the supervision of open pit mining projects;the three towns of Yucheng,Gusang and Weiqiao are the key points for the supervision of urban construction projects.Gusang and Heqiao Town are the key areas for the overall supervision of production and construction projects.Four groups of wind power projects:Heqiao Town,Qiuji Town,Guiwu Town,Mudian Town,Heqiao and Qiuji Town are in the majority.(3)Distribution characteristics of soil erosionThe erosion area of Fengyang County and Xuyi County is 87.13km~2,165.12km~2,respectively,and accounting for 4.47%,6.79%of the total area of the county.The erosion intensity is dominated by slight erosion,while the local area is moderate erosion,and the area of intense and extremely intense erosion is small.The land use types of erosion distribution in the two counties are farmland,garden land,forestland and grassland,among which farmland erosion is the most serious,followed by forestland,grassland and garden land,and slope farmland is the main erosion type of farmland.When the slope is>5°,the soil erosion intensity increases with the increase of the slope,and the erosion mainly occurs in between 5°and 15°,Light and moderate erosion occurs below 15°,and moderate erosion occurs in agree larger than 15°.Attention should be paid to ecological restoration measures such as bad terrain reconstruction and forest closure. |
