As a developing agricultural and populous country,China should guarantee the quantity and quality of cultivated to solve the problem of people’s eating.However,the current industrialization and urbanization with high-speed propulsion,the continuous expansion of population,the rapid and extensive development of economy of agriculture and rural areas,the way of development and ecological environment protection all has a huge demand on cultivated land resource.At the same time,China has few cultivated land per capita,which has made the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land and ecological security issues.In recent years,the construction of beautiful rural areas in Anji has put forward higher requirements for land use structure and farmland protection.Therefor,the government has carried out the work of requisition-compensation balance and the topsoil stripping and reuse of arable land,which are based on the quality of cultivated land.Cultivated land quality evaluation and spatial differences can provide reference basis of protection and management of cultivated land.This study promotes cultivated land quality and sustainable utilization of and cultivated land.This paper took Anji County as a case area.Based on collecting related data and getting soil sample data,quality of cultivated land was evaluated.Combined literature analysis with the actual situation of Anji county,author used the Delphi method to constitute index system of cultivated land quality evaluation and select indicators from the natural quality,utilization condition and space.In order to make up for the inadequacy of linear evaluation method,nonlinear fuzzy evaluation model was presented in this paper.In this model,AHP and Entropy weight method were combined to determining the weight and restructured fuzzy composition operator using stable decision factor.This model was applied to evaluate Anji’s cultivated land quality classification.With the help of ArcGIS and OpenGeoDa software and spatial autocorrelation analysis method,author analysed the spatial distribution and characteristics of cultivated land quality in Anji county and spatial difference by using the Moran’I,LISA and Moran scatter diagram.This research can put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for cultivated land protection.Through this research,the paper has following results and conclusions:1.Through the documentary research,practical analysis and Delphi method,author selected 13 indicators from natural quality,using conditions and space aspects:irrigation condition,pH,AK,AP,TN,rganic matter,the farmer’s center for the effect and effective soil layer thickness,shape,slope,road accessibility,farming convenience,which constitute cultivated land quality evaluation index system in Anji county.Anji County,with the aid of ArcGIS tool,paper got the indicators value and analyzed spatial characteristics and difference2.In this paper,author used the nonlinear fuzzy evaluation model can be divided Anji’s cultivated land quality into five grades.The area of first class of cultivated land is 2041.8 hectares;area of second-class land is 8473.1 hectares;area of third class of cultivated land is 12105.5 hectares;area of fourth class of the cultivated land is 5678.2 hectares;area of fifth of the cultivated land is 4569.6 hectares,accounted for 6.21%,25.78%,36.83%,17.28%,36.83%.Anji’s cultivated land overall quality in the medium level,the average class is 3.1.Its high quality of cultivated land is less,so Anji’s cultivated land quality improvement has a bigger space.3.From analysis of Anji’s farmland grading Moran scatter plot and LISA gathered chart,spatial characteristics and aggregation is significant.High quality cultivated land mainly is in the Baofu Town,and Shangshuxiang Town.The cultivated land of lower quality is in Anji’s north-central that is Tianzihu Town,Meixi Town,Xilongxiang Town and Dipu subdistrict office.L-H is sited in west of the county-Hanggai Town.Autocorrelation analysis results of Anji’s cultivated land quality can become the macro guidance of county-level cultivated land management work.Various grades of cultivated land and space distribution can be as science basis of management protection program of the villages,towns and subdistrict office.
