In this paper,Cyprinus Carpio Jian was studied to evaluate the effects of dietary two microalgae level on growth performance,biochemical index and its disease resistance.The comprehensive effects of two microalgae was explosed to provide data for the application and promotion of new-green feed additives.1 Effects of dietary Schizochytrium level on growth performance,biochemical indices and disease resistance of Cyprinus Carpio JianFive hundred forty Cyprinus carpio Jian(initial body weight 26.77±1.56 g,initial body length 10.75±1.07 cm)were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group had three replicates and each replicate had 30 fish.Six diets were formulated with Schizochytrium level of 0,0.40%,0.80%,1.20%,1.60% and 2.00%,respectively.The comprehensive effects of Schizochytrium on Cyprinus Carpio Jian was determined by measuring the growth performance,antioxidation,non-specific immunity,disease resistance and other indicators after a 8-week feeding trial.The results showed that WG and SGR significantly rose in 0.80% level group(P<0.05).While the highest PER was observed in the 1.20% level group(P<0.05).FCR and CF got the maximum at 1.20% level group.Whole body crude lipid content in treatment groups were significantly higher than that in the control group with the increase of dietary Schizochytrium level(P<0.05),while dorsal muscle crude lipid content significantly rose at 1.60%~2.00% Schizochytrium level(P<0.05).The results of amino acid and fatty acid showed that the best AAS was found in 1.20% Schizochytrium level,and the content of fatty acid rose with the increase of dietary Schizochytrium level.Digestive enzymes activities significantly improved with the increase of dietary Schizochytrium level.The activities of protease,amylase and lipase in the hepatopancreas and guts of 1.20% treatment group was significantly better than other groups(P<0.05).Dietary Schizochytrium level remarkably affected the serum biochemical indices(P<0.05).The total cholesterol content and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol got the minimum,while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol rose at 0.40%~0.80% level.In hepatopancreas and kidney,the expression of FAS and LPL m RNA was significantly higher than other groups,especially in the 2.00% Schizochytrium level(P<0.05).Studies have shown that antioxidant capacity significantly increased at 0.80%~1.20% level by measuring MDA,T-SOD,CAT,GSH and T-AOC content in serum,hepatopancreas,spleen and kidney(P<0.05).And also the nonspecific immune ability of Cyprinus Carpio Jian inproved at 0.80%~1.20% level,this conclusion was got by measuring LZM,NO,GOT,GPT,ACP and AKP activity in organizations(P<0.05).In addition,compared with other groups,the respiratory burst activity of blood cells in 0.80% Schizochytrium level group increased significantly and the cumulated mortality rate of this level was the lowest(P<0.05).In conclusion,the optimal Schizochytrium level for Cyprinus carpio Jian was 0.80%~1.20%.2 Effects of dietary Spirulina platensis level on growth performance,biochemical indices and disease resistance of Cyprinus Carpio JianFive hundred forty normal Cyprinus carpio Jian(initial body weight 26.77±1.56 g,body length 10.75±1.07 cm)were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group had three replicates and each replicate had 30 fish.Six diets were formulated with Spirulina platensis level of 0,0.80%,1.60%,2.40%,3.20% and 4.00%.A 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of diary Spirulina platensis level on growth performance,biochemical indices and disease resistance of Cyprinus carpio Jian.The results showed that WG and PE significantly rose in 2.40% level group(P<0.05).The highest whole body crude protein content was found in 4.00% level,with the increase of dietary Spirulina platensis level.And crude lipid content went down at the 3.20%~ 4.00% levels.The results of amino acid and fatty acid showed that the content of fatty acid raised with the increase of dietary Spirulina platensis level,and the best AAS was found in 0.80%~1.60% level.Digestive enzymes activity rose with the increase of dietary Spirulina platensis level.Protease and amylase activities significantly increased at 2.40%~3.20% level(P<0.05).Dietary Spirulina platensis level remarkably affected the serum biochemical indices(P<0.05).The triglycerides,total cholesterol content and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content got the minimum,while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content raised at 2.00%~4.00% level(P<0.05).Studies have shown that antioxidant capacity significantly increased at 2.40%~4.00% level by measuring MDA,T-SOD,CAT,GSH and T-AOC content in serum,hepatopancreas,spleen and kidney.And also the nonspecific immune ability of Cyprinus Carpio Jian inproved at 3.20%~4.00% level,this conclusion was got by measuring LZM,NO,GOT,GPT,ACP and AKP activity in organizations(P<0.05).The expression of IL-1? m RNA significantly increased in the hepatopancreas and kidney of 0.80%~1.60% groups,along with the changes of dietary Spirulina platensis level(P<0.05).1.60%~2.40% groups also displayed significant increases in the expression of TNF? m RNA in hepatopancreas(P<0.05),and the highest TNF? m RNA expression was found in kidney of 4.00% group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with other groups,the respiratory burst activity of blood cells in 3.2% Spirulina platensis level group increased significantly and the cumulated mortality rate of this level was the lowest(P<0.05).In conclusion,the optimal Spirulina platensis level for Cyprinus carpio Jian was 2.40%~3.20%.
