mean body weight of(44.34±1.58)g and initial mean body length of(15.20±0.87)cm were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups,each group had three replicates and each replicate had 70 fish.Six diets were formulated with soybean oil,chicken oil,corn oil,palm oil,rapeseed oil,cottonseed oil,respectively.An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary different lipid sources on growth,lipid metabolism and intestinal flora in Cyprinus carpio Jian.1 Effects of dietary different lipid sources on growth,digestive,some bioch emical indices of Cyprinus carpio JianAn 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary different lipid sources on growth,digestive,some biochemical indices in Cyprinus carpio Jian.The results showed that the relative weight gain rate,the specific growth rate,feed coefficient rate and protein efficiency ratio of corn oil group are higher than other five groups significantly(P<0.05),however,FCR in corn oil group was the lowest.There are differences from digestive enzymes activities in different groups,corn oil group after intestinal lipase was higher than other groups(P<0.05);Corn oil group liver pancreatic lipase activity;Corn oil group also reached the highest protease activity.Add corn oil group liver pancreas SOD,T-AOC,GSH activity is significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05);Minimum liver pancreas GOT,GPT activity cottonseed oil group,a greater difference between the highest soybean oil group,each group(P<0.05);The different lipid source of feed of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(T-CHO)and low density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL).Chicken oil reached the highest group of TG and cottonseed oil groups had significant difference(P<0.05),the difference between groups was not obvious;For T-CHO,soybean oil and corn oil and cottonseed oil group compared with significant difference(P<0.05),no significant differences between groups(P>0.05);The highest group for LDL was palm oil,corn oil group minimum;The highest group for HDL was corn oil,cottonseed oil set a minimum.2 Effects of dietary different lipid sources on lipid metabolism enzyme activity and gene expression from Cyprinus carpio JianAn 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary different lipid sources on metabolic enzymes activities and lipoprotein lipase(LPL),lipidty acid synthesis(FAS)gene expressions of Cyprinus carpio Jian.The results showed that there was significant difference among LPL,hepatic lipase(HL),the total activity of lipase(GE)in 6 groups.Activities in corn oil group were the highest,and there was no difference among FAS of hepatopancreas and kidney in 6 groups(P>0.05).Corn oil group was easy to induce and adjust the FAS and LPL mRNA expression in the hepatopancreas and kidney(P<0.05).6 h after feeding again,LPL mRNA expression in the hepatopancreas and kidney of Cyprinus carpio Jian achieved to the highest,while the FAS mRNA expression in hepatopancreas abundance achieved to the lowest,FAS mRNA expression abundance in kidney gradually decreased.From the above growth,digestion,some biochemical indices,digestive enzyme activity and gene expression,the corn oil can be used as high-lipid source for Cyprinus carpio Jian.3 The influences of microbiological communities structure of Cyprinus carpio Jian under feeding different lipid source by denaturing gradient gel elect rophoresis of PCR-amplified 16S rDNA fragments(PCR-DGGE).To study and analysis the microbiological communities structure of Cyprinus carpio Jian under feeding different lipid source by denaturing gradient gel ele ctrophoresis of PCR-amplified 16S rDNA fragments(PCR-DGGE).Genome DNA was directly extracted from the first and second month intestinal(foregut,midgut and hindgut)content of Cyprinus carpio Jian of different lipid source feeding,and then the V3 region of bacterial 16S rDNA gene fragments from DN A samples were amplified using the bacterial specific primers(GC-341F/518R).All the PCR products were separated by Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophores is(DGGE)to compare the predominant bacterial,and then the singler marked bands of DGGE patterns were recovered and subcloned into E.coli respectively.Colony PCR and sequencing were applied to select the positive clones,using order arrange data to carry out same source property analysis and construct th e phylogenetic tree.Recovered from DGGE patterns in total 60 bands,60clones after sequencing phylogenetic analysis.There exist abundant bacterial flora in Cyprinus carpio Jian of different lipid source feeding and Fusobacteria and Proteobacteria as the main advantage of strains.Using Quantity One software package generates similarity matrix,the UPGMA analysis result showed that there are differences from the first and second month intestinal(foregut,midgut and hindgut)microflora of Cyprinus carpio Jian feeding different lipid source,which showed that
