Breeding Technology Research On High Branch Grafting Of Lagerstroemia Indica L. | | Posted on:2018-01-09 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2393330575497565 | Subject:Agricultural Extension | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | This test took the local Lagerstroemia indica L.of Wanan industrial park in Jiangle prefecture of Fujian province as the research object,through researching the influence of grafting survival rate by different time of picking cuttings,different deal of picking cuttings,different time of grafting,different methods of grafting,discussing the dynamic change of survival rate with different test elements for the hige branch grafting,the purpose of test was to provide some guidance for the technology of the branch grafting,the results showed that:(1)Different time of picking cuttings impact the survival rate of high branch grafting was different.The survival rate of picking cuttings by February was that:Cleft grafting(80.00%)>Pith cambium stick-connection(73.33%)>Skinning grafting(66.67%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(63.33%);the survival rate of picking cuttings by April was that:Pith cambium stick-connection(86.67%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(80.00%)>Cleft grafting(66.67%)>Skinning grafting(56.67%);the survival rate of picking cuttings by December was that:Pith cambium stick-connection(60.00%)>Cleft grafting(53.33%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(50.00%)>Skinning grafting(46.67%).Only by survival rate,the rate of picking cutting on April was highest than others.(2)Different deal of picking cuttings impact the survival rate of high branch grafting was different.The survival rate of picking cuttings by cold storage was that:Pith cambium stick-connection(66.67%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(63.33%)=Cleft grafting(63.33%)>Skinning grafting(53.33%);the survival rate of picking cuttings by sand hidden was that:Pith cambium stick-connection(60.00%)=Xylem cambium stick-connection(60.00%)>Cleft grafting(56.67%)>Skinning grafting(46.67%);the survival rate of picking cuttings by immediately pick and use was that:Pith cambium stick-connection(93.33%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(83.33%)>Cleft grafting(76.67%)>Skinning grafting(70.00%).Only by survival rate,the rate of picking cutting with immediately pick and use was highest than others.(3)Different time of grafting impact the survival rate of high branch grafting was different.the survival rate of Pith cambium stick-connection was highist than others,the results showed that:that:Pith cambium stick-connection(83.33%、93.33%、73.33%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(80.00%、86.67%、66.67%)>Cleft grafting(73.33%、60.00%、56.67%)>Skinning grafting(60.00%、50.00%、43.33%).Only by survival rate,the rate of grafting time in late May was highest than others.(4)Different methods of grafting impact the survival rate of high branch grafting was different.The survival rate of different methods was that:Pith cambium stick-connection(86.67%、93.33%、93.33%)>Xylem cambium stick-connection(80.00%、83.33%、86.67%)>Cleft grafting(80.00%、76.67%、73.33%)>Skinning grafting(66.67%、70.00%、60.00%).Only by survival rate,the rate of grafting method with Pith cambium stick-connection was highest than others. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Lagerstroemia indica L., Hige branch grafting, Survival rate, Time of picking cuttings, Deal of picking cuttings, Time of grafting, Methods of grafting | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
