Study On The Spatial And Temporal Pattern Characteristics Of Under-forest Economy In China

As one of the achievements of consolidating Reform of collective forests right system,the under-forest economy has been developing and achieving a series of achievements in various parts of China.Based on the statistical panel data of under-forest economy output value of 25 provinces municipalities and autonomous regions in China,we study the spatial and temporal pattern characteristics of under-forest economic output value in China from two dimensions of time and space.The study shows that:The output value of under-forest economy in China has realized a straight growth of 6 years and there are local spatial autocorrelation in some provinces and the coefficient of variation and Theil index of under-forest economy output are larger,but it shows a trend of decreased in a fluctuation way and the center of under-forest economic output during 201 1 to 2016 mainly in Hubei province.The province of Guangdong,Jiangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou and Anhui are the potential developing area of under-forest economy.Further,we analyze the reason of spatial difference from forest resources,climate conditions,economic development level,policy and investment,technology and notion.Finally,for the current situation of under-forest development in China,it is suggested on the basis of ecological protection,strengthening the policy guidance and fund support,improving the level of forestry science and technology,strengthening communication and among various regions,changing the concept of forest farmers.
