Corn is the world's largest food crop in the world.Its combination of "food crop,economic crop,feed crop" plays an important role in ensuring food security and improving people's lives.The planting area of corn in Heilongjiang Province is the largest in the country.It will help increase farmers' income and promote agricultural economic development by increasing corn yield and production efficiency.The use of plant growth regulators can enhance the stress resistance of maize,regulate the endogenous hormone levels of corn,and improve the physiological and biochemical processes,thereby increasing the yield and increasing efficiency.The tested varieties in this study were Jilong No.1 and Tiannong No.9.Two growth regulators,Wugufengsu and Yuhuangjin were selected.Wugufengsu was treated with soaking seeds,and Yuhuangjin was used.In the jointing stage of maize jointing,the effects of the two plant growth regulators on corn growth and development,morphogenesis,photosynthesis and senescence physiology,and lodging resistance and yield were investigated by using distilled water soaking and distilled water spraying.The main test results are as follows:1.Soaking seeds of Wugufengsu can increase plant height,leaf area and stem diameter of maize seedlings and promote the growth and development of maize seedlings.After using Wugufengsu soaking treatment,the plant height of Jilong No.1 was not significantly changed compared with the control,the leaf area increased by 12.1%,and the stem diameter increased by 32.9%;Tiannong No.9 increased the plant height compared with the control.37.2%,leaf area increased by 31.6%,stem diameter increased by 21.4%;Tiannong No.9 soaking effect was better than Jilong No.1.2.Wugufengsu soaking treatment can increase the activity of SOD and POD enzymes in maize seedlings,increase the content of soluble protein,enhance the stress resistance,increase the net photosynthetic rate of leaves,Pn and SPAD,and enhance leaf photosynthesis.The ability to function.Jilong No.1 increased the activity of SOD enzyme by 4.6%,the activity of POD enzyme increased by 4.3%,the content of soluble protein increased by 7.1%,the net photosynthetic rate of leaf Pn increased by 4.6%,and the SPAD value increased,8.2%.Tiannong No.9 increased the activity of SOD enzyme by 12.8%,increased the activity of POD enzyme by 3.5%,increased the soluble protein content by 10.0%,increased the net photosynthetic rate Pn by 6.2%,and increased the SPAD value by 0.4%.3.Wugufengsu soaking seeds and Yuhuangjin spraying treatment can increase the SOD,POD enzyme activity and soluble protein content of various growth stages after corn jointing stage,and increase leaf leaf area,net photosynthetic rate Pn and The SPAD value enhances chlorophyll content and photosynthesis ability and delays leaf senescence.4.Wugufengsu soaking and Yuhuangjin spraying treatment has little effect on corn leaf area,water content and dehydration rate after corn pollination.5.Wugufengsu soaking seeds and Yuhuangjin spraying treatment shortened the corn plant height and the length of the corn internodes,and increased the stem diameter,and the plant height of Jilong No.1 was reduced.4.0%,the length of the internodes was not obvious except for the first section,the other sections were shortened by 5.4%,19.6%,29.1%,7.0%,12.2%,and the stem diameter increased by 11.2%.The plant height of Tiannong No.9 was reduced by 5.5%,and the intemode length was not obvious except for the third section,which was shortened by 10.5%,5.4%,22.1%,12.8%,24.5%,and the stem diameter increased by 12.4%.The stalk puncture strength and the stalk bending strength are enhanced,and the lodging resistance of the corn is improved.The treatment effect of Tiannong No.9 is better than that of Jilong No.1.6.Wugufengsu soaking seeds and Yuhuangjin spraying treatment increased the dry weight of 100 grains after corn pollination compared with the control.The Jilong No.1 treatment of 100 grains of fresh weight increased by 8.81%,100 capsules.Dry weight increased by 1.01%.Tiannong No.9 increased the fresh weight of 100 grains by 4.96%,and the dry weight of 100 grains increased by 2.68%.At the time of harvest,the ear length,ear diameter,ear row number,and grain number of the corn were increased,and the bald tip length and empty stalk rate were reduced,and the corn yield was increased.The Jilong No.1 treatment output increased by 7.0%,and the Tiannong No.9 treatment output increased by 7.3%.
