The chemical composition and physical properties of different quality soybeans are quite different.China’s soybean varieties are rich in resources,and the quality of non-GM soybeans is excellent,but no special planting mode has yet been formed.At present,there are few soybean-specific varieties for different needs,which restricts the development of special soybeans and special cultivation in China.Therefore,the advantages of China’s soybean non-genetically modified,high-protein and other domestic soybeans have not been fully utilized.Rare earth agriculture can adjust the yield and quality of crops.In this experiment,the effects of La(Ⅲ)and Ce(Ⅲ)on the quality of high protein and intermediate soybean were studied by spraying rare earth solution.The high-protein soybean Dongnong 42 and the intermediate soybean Dongnong 52 were studied,and they were planted in potted manner.La(Ⅲ),Ce(Ⅲ)and a mixed solution of La(Ⅲ)+ Ce(Ⅲ)were sprayed on the leaves at the seedling stage and early flowering stage respectively.The concentration of LaCl3 solution was 100,150,200 mg·L-1,the concentration of CeCl3 solution was 30,60,90 mg·L-1.The concentration of LaCl3+CeCl3 mixed solution was 40,60,70 mg· L-1.The effects of rare earth on the quality traits and yield traits of soybean seeds and the regulation of rare earth on soybean quality traits and yield traits were studied.The results show that the grain protein of high protein soybean can be further improved by spraying rare earth,and the quality of intermediate soybean is optimized,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for promoting the specialized planting mode of soybean.(1)Spraying rare earths La(Ⅲ)and Ce(Ⅲ)can increase the protein content of soybean kernels.60ml·L-1 of CeCl3 has the best effect on improving the quality of Dongnong 42 soybean.The addition of lanthanum composite rare earth has the best effect on the quality improvement of Dongnong 52.The grain protein content of Dongnong 42 was significantly increased by 5.62% under the action of 60 mg·L-1 CeCl3.The grain protein of Dongnong 52 was significantly increased by 5.17% under the action of 60 mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3.(2)Spraying rare earths La(Ⅲ)and Ce(Ⅲ)have a regulating effect on the contents of soybean kernel fat,monounsaturated fatty acid,polyunsaturated fatty acid,stearic acid and palmitic acid.The grain fat content of Dongnong 52 significantly increased by 2.34% under the action of 200 mg·L-1 LaCl3.The total protein and fat content of Dongnong 42 was significantly increased by 1.93% under the action of 60 mg·L-1 CeCl3.The total protein and fat of Dongnong 52 was significantly increased by 2.81% under the action of 30 mg·L-1 CeCl3.In terms of fatty acids,the content of palmitic acid in Dongnong 52 was significantly reduced by 1.13% under the action of 40 mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3.Under the action of 30 mg·L-1 of CeCl3,the stearic acid of Dongnong 42 grain decreased significantly by 5.00%,and the stearic acid of Dongnong 52 grain decreased by 4.52%.The oleic acid of Dongnong 42 increased significantly by 2.22% under the action of LaCl3 of 200 mg·L-1,and the oleic acid of Dongnong 52 increased by 2.44% under the action of 70 mg·L-1 of LaCl3+CeCl3.The content of linolenic acid was lower than that of CK.Under the action of LaCl3 of 200 mg·L-1,Dongnong 42 significantly decreased by 3.72%,and Dongnong 52 significantly decreased by 4.51%.(3)Spraying rare earths La(Ⅲ)and Ce(Ⅲ)affect the yield components of soybean yield,which can significantly increase soybean yield.The weight per plant of Dongnong 42 significantly increased by 13.15% under the action of 70 mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3.The highest 100-grain weight of Dongnong 42 under the action of 60 mg·L-1 CeCl3 and 60 mg·L-1 LaCl3+CeCl3 was 24.69 g.The yield of Dongnong 42 significantly increased by 13.15% under the action of 60 mg·L-1 and 70 mg·L-1 LaCl3 + CeCl3.The yield of Dongnong 52 significantly increased by 17.44% under the action of 60 mg·L-1 CeCl3,100 mg·L-1 LaCl3 and 60 mg·L-1 LaCl3 + CeCl3.
