With the development of modern science and technology,traditional agriculture has developed into modern agriculture,and various high and new technologies have been gradually applied to agriculture.In agriculture,the integrated technology of water and fertilizer is developed to solve the problems of soil consolidation and fertilizer residue caused by crop yield reduction,crop rejection and chemical fertilizer excessive use.Water and fertilizer integration can achieve simultaneous irrigation and fertilization,and can save water and fertilizer.However,in the whole process,irrigation and fertilization are controlled by man.The time of water and fertilizer control is also operated by man-made experience,which may lead to problems such as long fertilization time and inaccurate irrigation and fertilization.Aiming at the problem that the current integrated system of water and fertilizer can not achieve precise fertilization and irrigation,this paper combines the automatic fertilization irrigation system with the integrated technology of water and fertilizer to build an integrated system of water and fertilizer for automatic fertilization irrigation,which can realize precise fertilization and irrigation.Firstly,the hardware design scheme of the integrated system of water and fertilizer is built.The core of the system is the automatic fertilization and irrigation machine,solenoid valve control system and soil sensor.Combined with the pipeline transportation system and filtering system,the hardware selection is determined and the hardware system design is completed.Secondly,the software of the automatic fertilization irrigation system is designed.The manual control module,the automatic control module,the system parameter module and the real-time parameter module are set up in the system software,which is connected with the hardware system to realize the functions of data acquisition,storage and control of environmental factors.Combined with the design and implementation of irrigation system interface,the design and implementation of automatic fertilization irrigation system software are completedThen,the system was tested in wheat field,using automatic fertilization irrigation system to provide wheat with different water-fertilizer coupling ratio.After the experiment,chlorophyll content,stem strength,soil temperature,humidity and yield of wheat were measured and analyzed.Finally,the test results show that the system runs stably,transmits information and data quickly,operates conveniently,maintains easily,and is economical and practical.The application of automatic fertilization irrigation system and wheat base,through the analysis of measured data,the application of automatic fertilization irrigation system,suitable for the growth of wheat water and fertilizer coupling ratio,It can guide agricultural production,the design goal has been achieved.
