China is the world's largest sweet potato producer,with an annual sweet potato planting area of 75-80 million mu.At present,the domestic method of harvesting sweet potato is mainly segmented harvesting.First,the vines are treated,and then the sweet potato is tapped.It is extremely urgent to design a combined harvesting machine that combines harvesting and yam recovery.Develop a new sweet potato harvesting machine based on hydraulic system.The main contents include:(1)A new sweet potato harvester is considered,which can realize the sweet potato vine recovery and sweet potato harvesting operation at one time.The whole machine design mainly includes the receiving device,the excavating device,the separating conveying device and the hydraulic transmission system.(2)Perform force analysis and motion analysis on boring tools and digging shovel,and design reasonable structural parameters.Kinematic analysis of the potato soil separation device ensures the best separation.The ANSYS software was used to simulate the statics of the sickle and the digging shovel.The EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to simulate the separation process of the potato soil,and the rationality of the installation angle of the potato soil separation device of 25° and the speed of 280 r/min was determined.(3)Using AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer,design and control the program of hydraulic motor,so that the single-chip microcomputer can adjust the hydraulic motor speed in real time according to the squeezing shaft speed signal fed back by the torque speed sensor to ensure the stable operation of the system.The required hydraulic system is simulated in the AMESim software,and the simulation results are in accordance with the actual requirements,and the stability of the system is good.Select the hydraulic motor,electromagnetic proportional flow valve,reversing valve,etc.for the harvester in the hydraulic test bench.The simulated output is suitable for torque and speed.The simulation test results show that the hydraulic motor has stable speed and reasonable torque,which can meet the design requirements of the harvester.(4)Perform a field test on the part of the receiving device to determine the optimal parameters of the receiving device.Based on the evaluation index of the harvesting rate and the rate of the infected potato,the three factors of the advancement speed of the machine tool,the cutting distance of the file and the speed of the file were developed.The design results were analyzed by regression analysis with the Design-Expert software.The impact of the evaluation indicators.Through the Optimization function of Design-Expert software,the parameters are optimized and analyzed.The optimal parameter combination is that the tool advance speed is 2.42 km/h,the file cutting distance is 92 mm,and the file speed is 1210 r/min.The harvest rate is 95.7%,and the rate of infected potatoes is 1.1%.
