Aquaculture Of Hybrid Grouper(Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus♀× Epinephelus Lanceolatus♂)in Recirculating Aquacultures System

This paper summarizes the successful cultivation techniques of recirculating recirculating water production of hybrid grouper in Tianjin Binhai New Area,so as to provide reference for the promotion of hybrid grouper in the coastal areas of northern China.The design of hybrid grouper recirculating aquaculture system,and the technical team in Haifa company after many years of practice,the improvement in the two generations of the recirculating aquaculture workshop based on the design of the third generation of closed cycle water treatment process.In this study,experimental design,using six levels of water treatment on the aquaculture wastewater the first is the processing.The arc sieve,removal of larger particles and bait feces;the second level is the foam separator,gas adsorption removal of dissolved organic matter;the third level is the biological purification,degradation of NH4+,NO2-and so on;fourth is the degassing pool,the decomposition of CO₂ and H2 S gas Fifth stage treatment is to use liquid oxygen to increase oxygen,to ensure high oxygen content in aquaculture system;sixth stage UV sterilizer to kill harmful bacteria and reduce the probability of diseasePractice shows that the average weight of 10 g health hybrid grouper fry 10000,recirculating aquaculture conditions,after careful management of 240 D and feeding,the survival rate was 96.89%,the average weight of up to 730.5 g,the total yield reached 7077.8kg total output value reached 438 thousand and 800 yuan（RMB）,net profit of 100 thousand and 700 yuan（RMB）.
