Working capital is the net amount of working capital available for use and turnover in an enterprise,and is the most liquid part of corporate funds.He is often compared to the blood of a company,which plays a vital role in the health and even survival of the company.In today's fast-growing commercial market,only "internal and external conditioning" can make enterprises stand up.Therefore,working capital management and supply chain management are increasingly valued by experts,scholars and business managers.In recent years,research on working capital management from the perspective of business processes has been in the ascendant,and has developed in both theory and practice.This paper refers to Professor Wang Zhuquan's evaluation system of working capital classification and working capital performance,discusses the essence of working capital management from the perspective of business process,and finds the influencing factors affecting the performance of working capital,and improves the performance of working capital for enterprise managers.Provide theoretical guidance and advice.In recent years,many scholars have conducted research on working capital management in manufacturing and food industries,and have drawn many conclusions and shortcomings that are beneficial to the improvement of working capital management.The industry studied in this paper is one of the few fisheries researched by previous scholars.It has chosen DF Company,which has developed well in fisheries,to analyze the current situation and problems of its working capital management,and further improve and strengthen the management of working capital for other fishery enterprises.Reference and evaluation.This paper uses literature analysis to analyze the characteristics of working capital management and the research on working capital management based on business process,which plays an important role in the analysis of working capital management.Using case analysis and comparative analysis,horizontal and vertical analysis of the current status of DF Working Capital,and put forward several suggestions: 1.Procurement channel businesprocess response measures:(1)Realize JIT procurement production mode(2)Improve prepayment Management mechanism;2.Production channel business process response measures:(1)Optimize production process,build an efficient internal value chain(2)Introduce technical talents,update processing equipment(3)Promote employee stock ownership plan;3.Sales channel business process Response measures:(1)Strengthen customer loyalty,strengthen account receivable management(2)vigorously promote products,and formulate sales performance reward system(3)sales drive R&D,R&D to promote sales.I hope that I can help the management of working capital in the DF and other fisheries,and promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
