Edible sunflower is one of oil crops in Xinjiang,but its mechanization level is low at harvest time.At home and abroad,the edible sunflower harvest machinery is more,but the machinery that is suitable for drying in the plate in Xinjiang is very little.This subject based on planting patterns of edible sunflower in Xinjiang develops a new edible sunflower harvest machinery that is suitable for drying in the plate in Xinjiang.On the basis of literature review and field investigation,the domestic and overseas overall layout of it and research status are understood.The content and technical route of this paper are determined.Technical indicators have been defined and through the comparison and analysis of the domestic and foreign plate picking program,the final picking plan is determined,and the grain handling process route map is drawn.According to the main parameters of the pick-up device is working width 1.84m,edible sunflower yield is 3000kg/hm~2,the speed of the machine is 2km/h,figuring out the productivity of plate picking is 110kg/h.The pick-up device is the core components of edible sunflower harvester.This article makes a special system analysis of the main parts of the pick-up device.The main parts include screw conveyor and crank rocker mechanism.The structure and parameters of the pick-up device are determined by combining theoretical calculation with practical experience.This article establish the crank rocker mechanism by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks and the kinematics and dynamics simulation of mechanism are simulated by software SolidWorks Motion The simulation results and theoretical calculation are compared.The result of the comparison which is consistent verifies the correctness of the theoretical calculation.The dynamic analysis provides the structure design and improvement for crank rocker mechanism.The lifting device and threshing device of the edible sunflower harvester are studied to optimize its structure and movement parameters,including the speed of the lifting device,the grid spacing of the threshing device,the threshing gap and the speed of the axial bow gear.The structure design and parameters of the four-row pick-up device are verified by field picking test in the prototype.A further research plan is put forward.
