This experiment,Under the premise that the sulphur anion preparation has been determined to be non-toxic,the experiment is mixed with Chinese herbal medicine as a feed additive for weaned piglets according to scientific and reasonable ratio, and explores the growth performance, immunity and anti-oxidation of the weaned piglets. The impact of capacity and anti-stress ability provides a basis for the practical application of green feed additives in the production of weaned piglets.Forty healthy weaned piglets with the same weaning age and similar body condition were selected in the experiment.Their body weight was 8.45±0.65 kg,half of the male and half of the female.Using a completely randomized design, they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group, with 20 piglets per group, each group of 4 repeat, one repeat 5 heads. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group was fed with the basal diet+0.5%anion Chinese medicine without anti-reagent.The whole trial period was 49 days, the pre-feeding period was 7 days, and the formal test was 42 days. The test is divided into two phases, with 1-14d being the first phase and 15-42d being the second phase.Piglets were accurately recorded during the test period, and piglets were weighed on an empty stomach at the beginning and end of each stage of the feeding trial. At the end of each feed feeding, the samples required for each indicator of the piglets are collected in time, and after the end of the feeding experiment, the indicators are measured and the data are accurately recorded. The test results are as follows:1.Growth performance index:Compared with the control group, the piglet weight of the test group increased by 6.77%(P<0.01);the average daily weight gain of piglets increased by 14.46%(P<0.05);the first phase, average day The weight gain increased by 22.98%(P<0.01),and the average daily feed intake increased by 5.79%(P<0.05).In the second stage, the average daily gain increased by 36.97%(P<0.01).The piglet meat ratio was reduced by 5.56%(P<0.01)in the whole period of the test, and decreased by 12.97%(P<0.01)and 11.22%(P<0.01)in the first and second stages, respectively. The diarrhea rate decreased significantly in the first and second stages(P<0.05).2.Feed nutrient digestibility:In the first stage, the crude ash digestibility of the experimental group was 13.15%higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);the dry matter, crude protein and crude fat digestibility were significantly increased(P<0.05).In the second stage, the crude fat digestibility of the experimental group was increased by 14.05%(P<0.01)compared with the control group;the dry matter and crude protein digestibility of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).3.Microbial flora index:In the whole feeding experiment, the E.coli in the piglets of the experimental group decreased, and the Lactobacillus increased. In the first stage, the E.coli in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the Lactobacillus was significantly increased by 10.53%(P<0.01).In the second stage, the E.coli in the experimental group was significantly reduced by 10.27%(P<0.01).Lactobacillus was significantly increased by 8.34%(P<0.01).4.Serum related indicators:IgA,IgG and IgM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01);compared with the control group, the serum total protein of the experimental group increased by 18.51%(P<0.01);the negative ion Chinese medicine preparation can be extremely significant The total antioxidant capacity of piglets was increased(P<0.01),and the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum urea and triglyceride of the experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Cholesterol was significantly lower(P<0.05);the growth hormone content of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and somatostatin and cortisol were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The test results showed that the anti-formulation of negative ion Chinese medicine can promote the growth of piglets and balance the intestinal flora, and had a good effect on improving the immunity and relieving stress of weaned piglets.
