In this study,Lactobacillus is selected as an experimental strain, and based on the experience of enriching and enriching trace elements to make safe and efficient biological feed additives, under the same conditions, the enrichment of selenium and tellurium elements and the simultaneous enrichment of selenium and tellurium by lactic acid bacteria are compared. The influence of elements on black pig weaning piglets was studied to study the interaction between selenium and barium elements, and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of feed additives that are more efficient and suitable for the growth and development of black pig weaned piglets. This test is mainly divided into the following two tests:1.Lactobacillus fermented rice bran enrichment of the optimal conditions for the selection of germanium elements:The experiment selected the high-activity lactic acid bacteria strains preserved in the nutrition laboratory of the Agricultural College of Yanbian University. After separation, purification, propagation, and revitalization, the gradient test was used to select the best conditions for the laboratory larvae.Using the results of screening experiments, the best conditions for the enrichment of organic germanium in laboratory lactic acid bacteria are:using germanium dioxide(Ge02)as the source of germanium, organic rice bran as the substrate for fermentation, and the Labhouse Lactobacillus is rich in germanium.The.conditions were as follows:30 g of rice bran and medium containing 60 ml of liquid,11%of inoculum and 8 to 16 hours of age,48 hours of fermentation, and 37℃of fermentation temperature and 100 mg/L The cerium dioxide.Under the above conditions, organic rice bran was fermented. The production level of organic germanium was 8.65 mg/L.2.Comparison of effects of selenium-enriched lactic acid bacteria culture feed additive products on growth of piglets:In this experiment,120 piglets with the same birthday, weaning age, weight, and body condition were randomly divided into four groups:control group,selenium-enriched group,Fuqi group, and selenium-enriched group. In this case,a comparison group was required to feed the diet;the selenium-enriched group added a lactic acid bacteria-enriched selenium-fermented rice bran feed additive to the basal diet, and the organic selenium concentration was 0.9 mg/kg;the Fuyu group added to the basal diet.Lactobacillus rich glutinous rice bran fermented feed additives, additive content of 80g/kg;Selenium wolfberry group diet, add lactic acid bacteria enriched wolfberry fermented rice bran feed additives, organic selenium concentration of 0.9mg/kg.Each large group is set up with three parallel,10 piglets per parallel group. The pre-feeding period was one week and the experimental period was 30 days.During the test period, the growth and feeding environment was controlled in the same group to minimize the stress.During the experiment, the feed intake, mortality, and diarrhea rate of each group of piglets were recorded. After the end of the experiment, blood samples, fecal samples, and material samples were collected in a timely manner. After the analysis of the samples in each group and the analysis of the data,it can be concluded that the test group of biological feed additive can effectively promote the pig’s feed intake and mortality, and diarrhea rate and serum antioxidant capacity, apparent digestibility,to grow In terms of conditions, the intestinal flora of piglets can be improved very well.At the same time, compared with adding only one kind of element, adding a certain amount of lanthanum element on the basis of adding selenium element under optimal conditions can have better effect on promoting growth and development of piglets.
