| Marine fishing is one of the traditional basic economic production activities in China’s coastal cities.Whether the activity is successful or not is closely related to the stability of coastal fishermen’s income and the safety of coastal waterways.Fishing net is the most basic operation tool that fishing boats are equipped with.This method has low identification,especially when the beacon or indicator light at night is not obvious,it is very difficult for fishermen to recover the fishing net,and other passing ships cannot get early warning,which often leads to accidents.In order to save the cost of ocean fishing and improve the safety of passing ships at sea,this paper designs a fishing tackle collision avoidance positioning tracker to replace the traditional fishing tackle buoy with indicator light.The main work of this paper is as follows:Ⅰ.Design fishing gear collision avoidance positioning and tracking instrument with reference to ship collision avoidance research technology,that is,replace traditional posts and indicators with fishing gear collision avoidance positioning and tracking instrument on fishing net buoy.Its working principle is to use the shipborne AIS terminal and other shipborne AIS terminal of fishing boats,and the fishing net tracker sends messages no.9and no.18 to the fishing boats and other vessels.The fishing vessel terminal receives the signal,analyzes its position and name,and rapidly locates to reduce the energy saving purpose of detour search nets.Passing vessels can resolve the nets into a specific vessel to achieve avoidance.Ⅱ.According to the operating environment of fishing gear positioning and collision avoidance devices and relevant specifications(refer to cb767-68 and cb430-86),the floating body of two kinds of fishing gear collision avoidance positioning and tracking devices is designed.The volume of the floating body,the buoyancy force,the hydrodynamic force and the pressure of the structure are calculated.Ⅲ.According to relevant standards and the usage of the practical work,identified the two kinds of fishing gear collision orientation tracker floating body under the experimental condition and working conditions of boundary conditions and load,and using MSC Patran and MSC Nastran were carried on the finite element numerical simulation,the calculation results show that the anchor structure of the buoy locator performance is much better than the signal buoy locator,but in the individual structure still need to strengthen or optimization,such as central plate can consider to use great circle to connect in order to change the way that the stress concentration;The stability of the signal buoy floating in the sea is better,but the floor is prone to stress concentration,and the structure should be strengthened if necessary.The results of the experimental conditions can only partly reflect the actual working conditions of the buoy,and the experimental scheme needs to be optimized. |
