Because China continuously attaches great importance to information technology,there are many inputs into the telecom infrastructures every year.This increases the number of internet users and develops the E-commerce economy.E-commerce economy becomes a new driving force for national economic and social development and an important force driving the development of "Internet plus".Although E-commerce has been used in the fishery,there are no typical characteristics adapt to the development of fishery economy,resulting in the waste of fishery resources and no expansion in the scale of the market.Therefore,the new model of fishing catch trading and the corresponding fishing catch trading platform emerge.There are many problems that need to be solved urgently in traditional fishery trading methods.For example,seafood is easy to deteriorate and rot,thus causing losses in the seafood trade;the distribution of seafood is regional and uneven;the price of seafood varies from season to season and from region to region;there is a lack of standardization and a fair and honest environment in the process of seafood trading;fishermen are unable to determine the amount of fish to be caught in one sea trip and the single closed sales mode and the inability to preserve seafood for a long time result in the huge waste of fishery resources.The emergence of fishing trading platform can effectively solve these problems.Through the fishing catch trading platform,the trading mode can be more flexible,convenient,efficient and faster compared with the traditional trading mode,which is conducive to the effective utilization of marine fishery resources and the healthy development of marine fishery economy.This dissertation uses Ali Cloud Server and mobile communication technology to design and implement a B2 B fishing trading platform on the basis of the advantages of traditional e-commerce and the particularity of seafood trading and the respective needs of buyers and sellers.This platform system can realize real-time interaction of transaction information between fishermen and buyers.Buyers and sellers can quickly sell their seafood or timely buy seafood that meets their needs by releasing and inquiring the transaction information of seafood.Users only need to register their account through their mobile phone number,or they can quickly bind with the third party account.The implementation of this system makes comprehensive use of the mainstream SSM framework in the market at present.The front-end mainly uses adaptive Bootstrap framework,CSS,JavaScript and HTML,and deploys the system to Ali Cloud.This dissertation firstly analyzes the three modes of the China traditional e-commerce platform for seafood,and then elaborates on the design,operation principle,business process design,functional requirements analysis of the new mode of fishing transaction and how to apply block chain in the platform system.Then,the overall function and system module design of the fishing trading platform system are described,and the construction of the system database is completed.Also,the relevant technology of the system is introduced,and how the system is implemented is explained in detail.
