With the vigorous development of social economy and the improvement of material living standard,people's demand for spiritual life is further strong.Pet dog because of its loyal and lovely character has been loved by the vast number of favorite owners,scientific pet and pet diagnosis and treatment concept has been gradually taken seriously.As an important internal medicine disease,the incidence of kidney disease in dogs increases gradually with the increase of age.At present,the main detection methods of kidney disease are laboratory examination,renal function Laboratory project,such as the detection of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,however,these indicators only after the decline of renal function to 1/3-1/2,there is a significant change,can not be timely and effective reflection of early renal function,Therefore,these laboratory indicators do not reflect kidney function well before the compensatory period of renal failure.Ultrasound is gradually used in the examination of kidney diseases because of its sensitivity,non-invasive,real-time and reproducible,but at present,most veterinary clinicians only use two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound to explore the morphological structure and actual echo of the kidneys,and few veterinarians judge the function of the kidneys by hemodynamics.In this paper,the renal hemodynamics of healthy adult dogs assessed by clinical blood biochemistry,routine urine and routine two-dimensional ultrasound was carried out to determine the maximum value of the end of renal artery blood flow contraction in healthy adult dogs and the minimum value at the end of diastolic stage,and the thickness The quantitative and relational analysis of these data resulted in the scientific scope of renal index of healthy adult dogs(46 males and 44 females).Through correlation analysis and single factor variance analysis,the range of blood flow index and renal index of healthy dogs which can be applied in clinic was established.The test results and analysis are as follows:1.The difference between the left renal diameter,the renal wide diameter,the thickness of the upper cortex of the long diameter,the thickness of the medulla on the long diameter,the absolute value of the long diameter/wide diameter,the absolute value of the upper cortex thickness/the thickness of the medulla on the long diameter was not significant between the males and the left and right kidneys(P>0.05);The absolute value of upper cortical thickness/renal thickness of thick diameter was not significantly different between male and female groups and left and right kidneys(P>0.05).Frequency rate analysis showed that the ratio of left renal diameter to wide diameter was 81% in 2.27-2.37,and the ratio of upper cortex thickness to medulla thickness was 77% in 0.48-0.56,and the ratio of cortical thickness to wide diameter of left renal wide diameter in dogs was 70% in 0.21-0.44.The ratio of cortical thickness to renal thickness in the left renal thick diameter of dogs was 68% in 0.37-0.43.Right kidney long diameter,there was no significant difference between male and female groups and left and right kidneys in renal wide diameter,thickness of upper cortex of long diameter,thickness of medulla on long diameter,absolute value of long diameter/wide diameter,absolute value of upper cortex thickness/long diameter on long diameter(P>0.05),thickness of upper cortex,renal thickness,thick diameter upper cortex thickness/ The absolute value of renal thickness was not significantly different between male and female groups and left and right kidneys(P>0.05).Frequency frequency analysis showed that the ratio of the long diameter of the right kidney to the wide diameter of the dog was 95% in 2.24-2.36,and the ratio of the thickness of the upper cortex to the thickness of the right kidney was 86% in 0.48-0.54,and the ratio of the thickness of the upper cortex to the wide diameter of the right renal wide diameter was 79% in 0.21-0.24.The ratio of cortical thickness to renal thickness in right renal thick diameter was 83% in 0.39-0.43.2.There was a significant correlation between kidney length and width(r=0.58 for left kidney,r=0.53 for right kidney,and the ratio was 2.31±0.03;there was no correlation between kidney length and thickness(r<0.3);there was no correlation between kidney width and thickness(r<0.3);there was no correlation between cortex thickness and length(r<0.3);and there was no correlation between cortex thickness and width(r<0.3);there was no correlation between cortex thickness and width(r<0.3);and there was no correlation between cortex thickness and width(r<0.3);There was no correlation between cortical thickness and thickness(r<0.3).3.The PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left renal aorta in healthy adult Beagle dogs were 84.83±2.08 cm/s?34.24±1.67 cm/s?0.85±0.03?0.60±0.02,the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left renal segmental artery were 54.49±2.01 cm/s?23.99±1.85 cm/s?0.78 ±0.06?0.56±0.03,and the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of the left interlobar artery were 36.07±1.47 cm/s?15.50±1.03 cm/s?0.80±0.05?0.57±0.03;The PSV?EDV?PI?RI of the right renal aorta were 85.00±2.37 cm/s?33.85±2.48 cm/s?0.86±0.05?0.60±0.03,the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of the right renal segmental artery were 54.08±1.54 cm/s?24.28±1.40 cm/s?0.76±0.04?0.55±0.03,and the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of right renal interlobar artery was 36.24 ±1.53 cm/s?15.78±1.29 cm/s?0.79±0.20?0.56±0.03.There was no significant difference between left and right anterior renal arteries(P>0.05).The PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left renal aorta were 84.90±2.22 cm/s?34.31±1.75 cm/s?0.85±0.04?0.60±0.02 in healthy male Beagle dogs,the PSV?EDV?PI?RI in left renal segmental arteries of male Beagle dogs were 54.56±1.98cm/s?23.86±1.91 cm/s?0.78±0.07?0.56±0.03,and the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left interlobar artery in male Beagle dogs were 36.12±1.48 cm/s?15.43±1.10 cm/s?0.80±0.05?0.57±0.03;The PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left renal aorta in female Beagle dogs were 84.76±1.93 cm/s?34.17±1.59 cm/s?0.85±0.04?0.60±0.02,the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left renal segmental artery in female Beagle dogs were 54.42±2.06 cm/s?24.12±1.79 cm/s?0.77±0.06?0.56±0.03,and the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of left interlobar artery in female Beagle dogs were 36.02±1.47 cm/s?15.58±0.96 cm/s?0.79±0.05?0.57±0.03.There was no significant difference between male and female groups in left anterior renal artery(P>0.05).The PSV?EDV?PI?RI of Right renal aorta in healthy adult male Beagle dogs were 84.96±2.31 cm/s?33.97±2.71 cm/s?0.86±0.07?0.60±0.03,the right renal segmental artery of the male Beagle dogs were 54.12±1.48 cm/s?24.42±1.51 cm/s?0.76±0.05?0.55±0.03,and the PSV?EDV?PI?RI of right interlobar artery in male Beagle dogs were 36.19±1.44 cm/s?15.84±1.23 cm/s?0.78±0.06?0.56±0.03.There was no significant difference between male and female groups in the third grade right renal artery(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The kidney length,width and thickness of healthy adult Beagle dogs were not affected by sex and left and right(P>0.05),and the ratio of length to width of kidney was 2.31±0.03(left kidney r=0.58,right kidney r=0.53),and the ratio of kidney length to width was 2.31±0.03(left kidney r=0.58,right kidney r=0.53).There was no correlation between the length and thickness of kidney(r<0.3),the width and thickness of kidney(r<0.3),the thickness of long-diameter cortex(r<0.3)and the thickness of long-diameter cortex(r<0.3),and there was no correlation between long-diameter and thick-diameter of kidney(r<0.3).There was no correlation between the thickness of wide-diameter cortex and that of wide-diameter cortex(r<0.3),and there was no correlation between thickness of thick-diameter cortex and thickness of cortex(r<0.3).2.The blood flow parameters of renal aorta,segmental artery and interlobar artery in healthy adult Beagle dogs were not affected by left and right kidneys and sex(P>0.05).The blood flow parameters of the anterior third grade arteries of healthy adult Beagle dogs were not affected by left or right and sex(P>0.05),and the range of main renal artery PSV was 84.92±2.23 cm/s?EDV was 34.04±2.08 cm/s?PI was 0.86±0.04,and the blood flow parameters of primary renal artery were not affected by the left and right side and sex(P>0.05).The range of RI was 0.60±0.03.The range of PSV of segmental artery was 54.29±1.78 cm/s,EDVwas 24.14±1.63 cm/s?PI was 0.77±0.05,RI was 0.56±0.03,the range of PSV of interlobar artery was 36.16±1.5 cm/s,EDV was 15.64±1.16 cm/s,PI was 0.80±0.12,RI was 0.57±0.03.
