As a new kind of small berries,the nutritive value and medicinal value of the fruit are very popular at home and abroad.The ornamental value of trees is higher,and the cold resistance and salt tolerance are also strong.In recent years,China began to study the area of Lonicera japonica.In this paper,the fruit composition,fruit quality evaluation and cold resistance and salt tolerance of Lonicera japonica cultivars introduced from Russia were studied in this paper.The results showed that the content of Lonicera japonica L.was wild Fruit honeysuckle edible varieties in Xinjiang to provide scientific basis for the promotion.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Blue indigo fruit honeysuckle in northern Xinjiang Jimu Saer County Qingyang Lake Township phenological period than China's Jilin Changchun area ahead of 15 days.(2)Gallocchia tree tree for the upright,the largest tree,the largest leaf.All varieties of leaf shape index arranged: bielieli> luohuotan> xielina>tanhuo> asuoli> yiliyate> Blue bird> Blue Hammer> jialuoqika.(3)All varieties of Blue Hammer in the largest fruit,purple(except jialuoqika),the surface of white powder.jialuoqika fruit has red and orange,the fruit surface is no white powder,the fruit is minimal and bitter,more seeds.The content of each nutrient content was different,among which the content of vitamin C was the highest is jialuoqika,and the content of vitamin P was the highest is Blue bird.Comprehensive comparison,tanhuo,asuoli and blue bird of the fruit edible.(4)The cold resistance of the tested cultivars changed with the temperature,and the conductivity between-15 ? and-25 ? was small,the activity of SOD was higher and the content of POD was higher at-25 ? ~-40 ?,the variation trend of SOD,POD and CAT in all varieties was basically the same.During the period from-15 ? to-20 ?,the cold resistance of Blue Hammer is the best.During the period of-30 ? ~-40 ?,the cold resistance of jialuoqika,luohuotan yiliyate are batter than other varieties.In summary,-15 ~-40 ?,the luohuotanl,blue hammer,jialuoqika,yiliyate for the advantages of varieties.(5)In general,most of the highest values of the electrical conductivity of Lonicera japonica L.were 0.2%,and the highest value appeared at the concentration of 0.6%.The lowest value appeared at the concentration of 0.4%,and the rest The lowest value appears.The changes of SOD,POD and MDA contents in all the varieties of Lonicera japonica were four,which decreased first,then decreased first,then decreased first and then decreased and then increased.The highest activity of SOD was the highest at all concentrations of 0.4% and 0.6%.The results showed that the activity of the enzyme was the highest and the salt and alkali had a greater risk.The POD content was the lowest at 0.6% and the salt stress was the most serious.The highest content of MDA in the 0% and 0.2% concentration,the higher the content of MDA,higher salt tolerance.(6)The results showed that the cold resistance,salt tolerance and resistance to pests and diseases of Lonicera japonica were strong.Luohuotan is the best variety,and jialuoqika and yiliyatae can also be planted.
