This subject uses the field test method,using corn as a test crop,and using coal-based compound fertilizer and biochar in a coal mine reclamation area for two consecutive years.In the first year,the effects of different amounts of coal-based compound fertilizers applied in the reclamation areas of coal mines on the activity of available phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase and maize yield in reclaimed soils were explored.In the second year,the effects of different amounts of biochar and the best amount of coal-based compound fertilizers on the phosphorus form of soil and corn yield were explored.The main results are as follows:(1)The use of coal-based compound fertilizer in the reclaimed soil of the mine area can effectively increase the available phosphorus content in the soil.During the three different growth stages of maize,the application of coal-based compound fertilizer can significantly increase the available phosphorus content in reclaimed soil,and reached the maximum in MJF2 treatment,Compared with MJFO,MJF1,and MJF3,they increased 0.70 to 7.61 mg/kg,0.30 to 4.21 mg/kg,and 0.10 to 4.50 mg/kg.(2)Applying the appropriate amount of coal-based compound fertilizer to the reclaimed soil in the mining area has obvious effect on improving the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the reclaimed soil,and over-application will form an inhibitory effect.MJF2 treatment of soil alkaline phosphatase activity in the three different growth stages of maize than MJF0,MJF1,MJF3 increased by 24.93%to 71.66%,21.78%to 70.63%,5.13%to 21.85%.(3)Applying the right amount of coal-based compound fertilizer to the reclaimed soil in the mining area has a very big impact on increasing corn yield.The maize yields of MJF1,MJF2 and MJF3 treatments were significantly higher than those of MJF0,which were increased by 198.16%,218.90%and 195.71%,respectively.MJF2 treatment of corn yield up to 5605.20kg/hm2,compared with MJF1,MJF3 treatment increased 6.96%,7.84%.(4)Coal-based compound fertilizer with biochar has more effective soil phosphorus content and alkaline phosphatase activity than single coal-based compound fertilizer.Swt2 treated soil has the best lifting effect.In three different growth stages of corn,Compared with swt0,swtl,and swt3,the available phosphorus content of swt2 treatment increased by 10.82%to 117.16%,43.46%to 128.20%,and 29.10%to 83.46%.Compared with swt0,swt1,and swt3,the alkaline phosphatase activity of swt2 treatment increased by 11.08%to 29.42%,7.02%to 40.38%,and 21.68%to 52.41%.(5)Different fertilization treatments with biochar on coal-based compound fertilizers have a certain degree of influence on the content of all forms of phosphorus in the Hedley P-classified reclaimed soil.The contents of H2O-Pi,H2O-Po,NaHCO3-Pi,NaHCO3-Po,NaOH-Pi and NaOH-Po in coal-based compound fertilizers treated with biochar have a certain degree of comparison with the control single-use coal-based compound fertilizers.The contents of H2O-Pi,H2O-Po,NaHCO3-Pi,NaHCO3-Po,NaOH-Pi and NaOH-Po in swt2 treated soils at different growth stages of maize were higher than those of swt0,swtl,and swt3 treatments.The contents of HCl-Pi,HCl-Po and soil residual-P of the coal-based compound fertilizers treated with biochar were lower than those of the single-use coal-based compound fertilizers.In the three different growth stages of maize,Compared with swt0,swtl,and swt3,the HCl-Pi content of swt2 treatment soil was reduced by 20.69%to 23.72%,14.72%to 97.53%,and 9.46%to 10.36%;Compared with swt0,swt1,swt3,the content of HCl-Po in swt2 treatment soil was reduced by 15.20%to 19.18%,2.39%to 30.65%,and 3.46%to 18.96%;Compared with swt0,swtl,and swt3,the soil-residue content of swt2 treatment decreased by 2.61%to 7.06%,16.44%to 35.89%,and 12.52%to 41.03%.(6)The application of coal-based compound fertilizer with biochar can significantly increase the corn yield of reclaimed soil in the mining area.The yield of maize in soil treated with swtl,swt2,swt3 was significantly higher than that of swt0.The swt2 treated soil maize yield was 5098.70 kg/hm2 and was significantly higher than other treatments.It increased 83.72%,16.62%,and 28.96%over swt0,swt1,and swt3.It can be seen that the appropriate amount of coal-based compound fertilizer and biochar application can effectively improve the availability of phosphorus in reclaimed soil,and excessive application of coal-based compound fertilizer and biochar is not conducive to the improvement of soil fertility and structural improvement of reclaimed soil.. |
