At present,the m ain problems in wine grape production are that the varieties are relatively single,too much importance is attached to yield instead of fruit quality,and there is a lack of high-quality and hi gh-yield wine grape varieties.Long Ziwang grape has the characteris tics of diseas e resistance and cold resis tance,and preliminary observation showed that the fruit setting rate was low,so it is necessary to study effective measures to improve its fruit setting rate and quality.In this experiment,six-year-old Long Ziwang grape was chosen as experimental material.In 2017,an investigation was m ade into the fruit setting rate,and flower and fruit dropping in the hor ticulture experimental station of Hebei Norm al University of Science and Technology;top-picking and girdling treatments were set up: top-picking with two leaves lef t before the flowering and the ear,top-picking with four leaves left bef ore the ear,top-picking with 6 leaves left before the ear,no top-picking before the ear,girdling plus top-picking with 2 leaves left before the ear,girdling plus top-picking with 4 leaves left before the ear,girdling plus top-picking with 6 leaves left before the ear,girdling plus no top-picking before the ear;In the experimental garden of Lu Long Long Zibao Grape Seedling Co.,Ltd.,the PBO spraying experiment(spraying 50 tim es,100 tim es and 150 tim es)was conducted with clear water as control.The results are as follows:(1)The fruit setting rate of “Long Ziwang” grape was 49.1% under the condition of top-picking with four l eaves left before flowering,which was significantly lower than that of the three cold-resistant vari eties tested,nam ely,North Rose(54.3%),Long Zibao(57.5%)and Bei Da(59.3%).(2)In the first three weeks after flower ing,Bei Mei had the lar gest number of flower and fruit dropping,followed by Long Ziwang,Long Zibaoand Bei Da,and there was little dif ference in the am ount of flower and fruit dr opping.In the fourth week after flowering,Long Ziwang still maintained a higher am ount of fruit dropping,while the other three varieties had lower fruit dropping.(3)Effect of top-picking and girdling on fruit setting and quality shows that girdling plus top-picking with 4 leaves left before the ear was the best treatm ent in the experiment,and the fruit quality was the best in all varieties.The fruit setting rate was 60.2% and the soluble solids content was 20.97%.(4)Spraying 100 times PBO diluent at fl owering stage can effectively improve the fruit setting rate of Long Ziwa ng grape.And the content of soluble solids in berries can be effectively improved,the weight of single berry can be increased,and the tightness of ears can be maintained moderately.
