Walnut (Juglans regia L.) is one of the most important fruit species with nutritional value andeconomic benefits. Early-fruiting walnut cultivar is very popular with farmers because of its’early-fruiting, open canopy, hardy, high yield, high economic benefits. In recent years, with the increasingquickly, but it requires critical nutrient demands, premature senility and disease affection always appearseriously without appropriate management, which could lead walnut tree to a short life, low yield andPoor quality. Under the condition of general production management, field sampling and analysis oflaboratory experiments have been used. This study was focused on J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ Early-fruitingwalnut, through controlling test inspection spraying compound fertilizer, plant growth regulator, plantnutrient solution and assisted measures to improve J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ fruit-bearing rate and sprayingcompound fertilizer to improve the fruit quality function, so as to large assisted J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ fullimplementation of the measures provide empirical basis and technology solutions,to the J. regia‘Xinwen185’ efficient cultivation has the important practical significance. The main conclusions are asfollows:Spraying1000mg/L(pp333),1000mg/L(MH),50mg/L(GA3)at the full bloom stage J. regia‘Xinwen185’ fruit rate respectively improve proportion are28.17%,26.05%,25.76%, the relativeeconomic output increased by21.51%,15.34%,13.74%. This spraying3.6g/L B(boric acid),5.2g/L N(urea),5.0g/L S(sugar)and1000mg/L PP333,1000mg/L MH,50mg/L GA3fruit rate respectivelyimprove proportion are32.25%,30.94%,30.80%, the relative economic output increased by32.25%,30.94%,25.89%. Implement “spraying plant source nutrient solution for300-time dilution”,“sprayingplant source nutrient solution for300-time dilution+emasculation”,“spraying plant source nutrient for300-time dilution+3.6g/L boric acid”,“spraying plant source nutrient solution for300-time dilution+emasculation+3.6g/L boric acid” at the full bloom stage and the whole growth process of J. regia‘Xinwen185’, fruit rate respectively improved. The relative economic output increased by21.04%,29.04%,25.87%,34.55%.The nut quality effect relationships in B, N and S spraying fertilizing were explained in the followingsubsection. Nut single fruit weight (W, g): log10W=1.0131+0.0785B+0.0598N-0.0152B×N. Nutcrude fat content (E,mg/g):log10E=1.5821+0.0443B+0.0289N-0.0075B×N. Nut crude proteincontent (C,mg/g): log10C=0.4846+0.0128B+0.0101N-0.0030B×N. Nut total sugar content(S,mg/g): log10S=1.2341+0.0283B+0.0207N-0.0052B×N.
