Wheat starch had an important influence on wheat yield and processing quality.Starch pasting properties were the most effective indicators for predicting the quality of wheat starch, and it's closely related to the quality of noodles and other foods. So,the effect of wheat starch gelatinization properties on the quality of wheat has received increasing attention,in recent years. In this study,we selected 198 wheat materials that were planted or were participating in the validation test in the wheat fields of Huanghuai South Valley in the past ten years to evaluated the phenotypic in six environments from 2014-2015 and association analysis with wheat 660 k chips to disclose the Starch pasting properties genetic mechanism to improvement the processing quality in comment wheat. The main results were as follows:1 The starch gelatinization parameters of wheat in this region are not very variable among the experimental materials. But we also got some materials with good gelatinization properties, such as yanmai864 and zhengmai366.The peak viscosity of them were more than 3400 CP,breakdown were more than 1500 CP.And may have good potential in noodles quality to used as a donor for wheat quality improvement.2 198 materials can be divided into 2 subpopulations,82 varieties(lines)in group 1,subpopulation 2 contains 116 materials.3 A total of 105 SNP sites associated with pasting characteristics were detected and distributed on 21 chromosomes thought Genome-wide association analysis. The phenotypic variation contribution rate(R2)for a single locus was 9.45~54.98%.There are more loci associated with chromosome 2 A,3 B,and 7 A,and are associated with multiple pasting parameters. These chromosomes may be the enrichment zone of starch gelatinization genes and further study is needed. In addition, there are 24 sites associated with PV,TV,FV,and PT at the same time. One SNP site is associated with SB,Pte,and HD simultaneously.4 33 SNP markers were relatively stable and were associated with at least half(including half)environments of the 105 SNP sites associated,23 SNP markers were significantly associated with multiple pasting parameters. The SNP markers AX-108839983,AX-109325234,AX-109873883,AX-110017082,AX-111596290,AX-86170796 were not only reproducible, but also explained the phenotypic traits of gelatinization parameters(15.22~50.00%)and associated with multiple pasting parameters, should focus on these SNPs.5 dominant alleles with positive effects on starch pasting properties were screened for molecular marker-assisted breeding.
