Citrus has abundant resources with many excellent varieties,which is distributed in 19 provinces and 985 counties(cities,districts)and has become the largest fruit in China.The citrus industry has some shortcomings in the process of flourishing,for example,most fruit farmers use fertilizers and pesticides blindly because of lacking scientific guidance in the process of planting citrus;researchers have accumulated a large amount of citrus resource data in the process of studying citrus,but the traditional presentation method of reports creates some management problems.Faced with the rapid development of internet technology and GIS,the method of displaying information based on WebGIS has been applied to various fields widely,and the information construction of the citrus industry is no exception.By comparing the citrus information management system at home and abroad,this study found that the domestic citrus information system has defects that the service system is not perfect and the resource sharing degree is not enough.In order to solve the above defects,combing the current needs of agricultural technicians and the majority of fruit farmers,introducing the latest Web technology and open source GIS spatial information technology,the research designs and develops the citrus resource data management system with integrated development framework,which serves data display,spatial analysis and decision support.So the paper completed the following work:(1)This paper discusses and compares a series of open source technologies deeply,and designs the architecture and functional modules of the citrus resource data management system.And the Openlayers map framework is used as the front-end support;GeoServer is used to prepare a shared support for geoprocessing services;open-source PostgreSQL is used as a back-end data support.(2)According to the database design principles and service specifications,combined with the fertilization sampling point data,pest and disease sampling point data and citrus pest and disease text data in the citrus planting area,the research designs the database tables and fields,and establishes a database of citrus resource data management system to provide the foundation for data visualization and analysis.(3)The system designs and implements sampling data query,statistical analysis,spatial analysis,basic data management,professional recommendation and other functions.The sampling data query method consists of Popup query and conditional query.The statistical analysis part shows the quantitative relationship between soil and leaf nutrient elements mainly in citrus sampling data.The spatial analysis module realized the interpolation analysis of the citrus fertilization sampling points and the buffer analysis of the citrus pest and disease sampling points.The basic data management includes database management system and spatial data storage mode.The professional recommendation includes functions such as nutrient abundance calculator,recommended fertilization calculator and pest diagnosis online.(4)In order to improve the accuracy of citrus pest diagnosis,this paper introduces fuzzy mathematics theory and reasoning method into the design of pest and disease diagnosis module,and proposes a fuzzy reasoning diagnosis model of citrus pests and diseases according to the characteristics of pest and disease characteristics diagnosis,by calculating user input.The similarity between the symptom set and the knowledge base symptom set completes the diagnosis of the type of pest.
