Water factory farming,its characteristic is to use a large number of advanced automation equipment,use of plant facilities and form a complete set of equipment using standardized management,implementation of aquaculture products of ordering production,and realize the digital production,in order to realize high density type of intensive farming.By means of human intervention,a similar natural environment can be constructed,which is suitable for the good environment of fish growth and high yield of breeding varieties.The development of the production mode of aquaculture industry is now entering the stage of the development of factory recycling aquaculture.The paper discusses the mode of circulating water aquaculture water factory farming facilities have made further introduction,to the next step development and the problems needed to resolve,the task facing all did further instructions in tianjin,.The study on the current situation of the development of tianjin seawater circulating water fish breeding,breeding characteristics,cultivation mode,breeding and disease,equipment,facilities,workshop design and material selection,water quality purification and filtration system,automatic bait casting and auxiliary system and so on to compare the overview of the system.In this paper,the changes of ammonia nitrogen and nitrogen-nitrogen in the new biological filter water circulation system of Haifa treasure industrial development co.,LTD.Were studied.The results showed that ammonia nitrogen and nitrogenous nitrogen were significantly reduced,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was more than 70%,and the removal rate of nitrogen-nitrogen was less than 50%.The newly constructed and fully enclosed circular seawater factory farming biological treatment system is a long and difficult process from the initial stage to the stabilization of the system.The initial system stability is poor,the result is easy to repeat,short time is not easy to achieve the ideal effect.After but stable system,the system treated water quality is better than that of traditional cultivation pattern,factory farming of biological purification system for purification of aquaculture water has a strong effect,can be a large number of removing the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in the water,sea water factory farming system of biological purification system,reduce the residual waste and other waste products and impurities bait for seawater cultured factory closed loop system load,make it easier for water quality control.Seawater cultured factory closed circulation system of water treatment capacity can completely meet the demand of breeding varieties of normal growth,to grow breeding to provide more comfortable living environment,reduce the breeding of tail water discharge,reduce the pollution of water environment,due to the economic consequences of the disease to breeding dropped to the lowest.Compared with the traditional big row put cultivation pattern,through creating a favorable breeding environment,shorten the breeding cycle,improve the survival rate of breeding varieties,obviously improve the economic benefit.Through factory circulating water aquaculture process parameters optimization and standardization of seawater circulating water fish factory farming workshop design,make the circulating water breeding process,operation parameters and operation effect has been improved significantly,reduce the breeding of tail water discharge,and the tianjin factory circulating water aquaculture present situation and existing problems of the targeted strong development countermeasures are put forward.
