Research On The Guality And Capability Building Of Cadres In The Forestry Department Of G Province

G Province is known as "Eight Mountains,One Water and One Field",and its forestry land accounts for about 60%of the total land area of the province.Accelerating the development of forestry is an important strategic measure to solve the "three rural issues" in G Province.Forestry in G Province has played an increasingly important role in speeding up the development of rural production,realizing the prosperity of rural life,improving rural civilization and improving rural environment.Therefore,further improving the level of forestry development will promote G Province to effectively solve the "three rural issues".The cadres are the Battle Fortress of the Party's cause.The quality and ability of the cadres directly affect the Party's governing ability and level,as well as the success or failure of the cause.Therefore,the key to improve the level of forestry development lies in the ranks of forestry cadres.G Provincial Forestry Department is the provincial administrative department of forestry in G Province.It manages and directs the forestry work of the whole province.It is the leader,locomotive and chief designer of forestry development in G Province.To some extent,the quality and ability of the cadres in G Provincial Forestry Department affect the level of forestry development in G Province.Therefore,it is necessary to study what qualities the cadres in G Provincial Forestry Department should possess and what Ability,how to carry out quality and ability building,how to effectively enhance the quality and ability of government officials,and then promote the development of forestry,promote the "three rural issues" solution,has important practical significance.At present,there is little research on the constitution of the quality and ability of cadres in a party and government organ and the improvement of their quality and ability.The quality and ability construction of cadres is more modest in reality.Many leaders only shout at the top of their mouths,and in fact,most units directly equate the education and training of cadres with the quality.Capacity-building work lacks systematic planning and system guarantee for quality and capacity building.Based on the theory and method of iceberg model,this paper analyzes the constitution of the quality and ability of the cadres of the Forestry Department of G province by means of questionnaire and literature research,and puts forward that the cadres of the Forestry Department of G province should have 6 qualities and 10 abilities.On this basis,the quality of the cadres of the Forestry Department of G province is investigated and analyzed.At last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality and ability of the forestry officials in G province,so as to effectively improve the quality and ability of the cadres,better serve and promote the development of forestry in G province.At the same time,it also provides theoretical basis and guidance for the Party and government organs to carry out the cadre quality and capacity building work systematically,comprehensively and effectively in the future.
