| Foxtail millet is a traditional dual-purpose crop in China. Its plant has strong resistance to stress, and its grain has rich nutrition. As a result,Zhangzagu No.10 is widely planted in arid areas of northern China. As a new hybrid grain variety,Zhangzagu 10 has stronger resistance to stress and higher yield than conventional varieties. In recent years, the planting area of Zhangzagu 10 is expanding year by year. Therefore,it is of great significance to study its supporting cultivation measures for the development and popularization of Zhangzagu 10.Compared with soil fertilization, foliar spraying nitrogen fertilizer(urea)has a faster absorption rate.In this paper, the leaf fertilizer with less application in grain field is used as the cutting point, which has the advantages of strong pertinence and low application cost.Point, effect of foliar application of N Fertilizer on growth and yield of zhangzagu,to determine the reasonable concentration of zhangzagu spraying nitrogenous fertilizer and suitable period. In order to "zhangzagu No.10" as the test material,a field experiment was set to 1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,4%,6%of total nitrogen solution 7 concentrations were at the jointing stage, heading to flowering stage to the filling stage and foliar application.Research on Millet plant height, leaf area,SPAD value, photosynthetic parameters, leaf protective enzyme system and nitrate reductase activity, response to late panicle traits and yield of foliar fertilizer. The main test results As follows:When the concentration of nitrogen fertilizer was lower than 3,the plant height and leaf area of millet were significantly promoted by spraying nitrogen fertilizer. In the range of suitable concentration, spraying nitrogen fertilizer could increase leaf SPAD value and promote leaf photosynthesis.Increasing the activity of POD and nitrate reductase to increase the yield of millet,on the contrary, spraying with 3%or more of nitrogen fertilizer would result in fertilizer damage, which had different degree of stress on the above indexes.Inhibition of normal physiological function of millet leaves and growth and development of plants resulted in the decrease of millet yieldFrom the point of view of spraying stage, spraying nitrogen fertilizer on leaves at jointing stage will lead to the decrease of millet yield, but the effect of foliar spraying nitrogen fertilizer on millet yield is basically the same at heading and flowering stage and grain filling stage. The difference between heading and filling stage was to promote the development of grain panicle to increase the yield, while the grain filling stage was to promote grain filling and prolong the leaf functional period to achieve the increase of yield. The results showed that the optimum concentration of nitrogen fertilizer sprayed on the leaf surface of Zhangzagu 10 was 2,and the optimum period of spraying was flowering stage and filling stage. |
