Porcine circovirus(PCV)is the smallest of the animal viruses currently found.Porcine circovirus disease has a high infection rate,long-epidemic time,wide pollution,and often mixed infections in China.Economic losses.Porcine circovirus disease is an immunosuppressive disease,and the key to prevention and control is vaccination.In recent years,with the successful development of domestic pig ring vaccine,it has benefited the majority of users,and it has also added a problem for the majority of farmers:how to choose the pig ring vaccine,how to immunize to achieve the maximum epidemic effect,this is the study One of the main purposes.Another main purpose:to understand the actual immunization status through antibody detection of porcine circovirus vaccines in different pig farms in Fujian Province,and provide data support for the comprehensive promotion of porcine circovirus vaccine in Fujian Province.This study used Jinyu Youbang's porcine circovirus type 2 ELISA antibody detection kit,which is a novel indirect ELISA method.Cap protein coated with baculovirus coated ELISA plate can be more accurately evaluated.The potency and uniformity of PCV-2 specific antibodies in pigs.The antibody levels of pigs after different immunization programs using different porcine circovirus vaccines were tested in 11 pig farms in different areas of Fujian Province.It was found that the pigs in the immunization field and the non-immunized field were positive for the pig ring antibody.The rates were all 100%,and the difference was not significant;however,the average S/P of the pigs at each stage was higher than that of the non-immunized field;and the antibody coefficient of the unimmunized field of the pigs was found to be more active by comparing the coefficient of variation.By analyzing the immune effect of PCV-2 whole virus inactivated vaccine and subunit vaccine,it was found that the antibody level of the 14-day-old immunized subunit vaccine was higher and the maintenance time was longer,and the antibody level continued to decrease after the immunization of the whole virus inactivated vaccine.It indicates that the immune effect of the porcine circovirus subunit vaccine is better than that of the whole virus inactivated vaccine.By comparing several seedlings,it was found that the C vaccine had better immune effect:the average S/P of the immunized C seedlings was always at a high level,the positive rate was also generally higher,and the infection time was later,so the tolerance of the finishing pigs was better.Strong,clinical loss is small.From this we can get the following conclusions:1.It is necessary to breed the immune circovirus vaccine of pigs.The immune effect of porcine circovirus subunit vaccine is better than that of whole virus inactivated vaccine.The immune c seedling effect is better than the porcine ring subunit vaccine on the market.2.The porcine circovirus type 2 ELISA antibody detection kit used in this experiment can reflect the antibody of artificial immunity and wild-type infection.
