23 sows with similar fetal sequence and negative results in PRRSV antibody testwere divided into 5 groups in research, 5 sows of Aa group were injected by one unitPRRSV weak potent vaccine in antepartum 4 weeks. 5 sows of Ab group wereinjected by one unit PRRSV weak potent vaccine in antepartum 6weeks firstly, theninjected by one unit PRRSV weak potent vaccine in antepartum 4 weeks. 5 sows ofBa group were injected by two units PRRSV weak potent vaccine in antepartum 4weeks. 5 sows of Bb group were injected by two units PRRSV weak potent vaccine inantepartum 7 weeks, then injected by two units PRRSV weak potent vaccine inantepartum 4 weeks. 3 sows of C group had not control in immune test. We obtaineddead born rate, weak offspring rate, disease incidence and death rate of piglet inlactation and weaned period, antibody growth and decay circumstance was obtainedby IDEXX-ELISA examination on 14th,21th,35th,49th,70th,91th,112th day after thesows were immuned, on 7th,14th,21th,35th,42th,49th days after post partum.Result showed : dead born rate of sows is 1.92%, 0%, 3.92%,2.04% 3.23% isrespectively in Aa, Ba, Bb, C group, the set of Bb is 2.04%, the set of C is 3.23%;weak offspring rate of sows is 3.85%, 2%, 1.96%, 4.08%, 9.68% is respectively in Aa,Ba, Bb, C group ; disease incidence rate of piglet is 5.77%, 6%, 9.8%, 8.16%, 16.13%is respectively in Aa, Ba, Bb, C group; death rate of piglet is 1.92%, 0%, 1.96%,2.04%, 6.45% is respectively in Aa, Ba, Bb, C group, disease incidence rate of pigletin lactation period is 8%, 6%, 10.42%, 6.38% respectively in Aa, Ba, Bb, C group,death rate of piglet in lactation period is 2%, 0%, 2.08%, 2.13%, 7.14% respectivelyin Aa, Ba, Bb, C group.The Ab peak value after 2th immunity appears on 21th day after immuned, isapproximately 7 days early than 35days the Ab peak value after 1th immunity appearson, and its peak value is higher, peak valueof Ab, Aa is 2.23±0.47, 1.76±0.38respectively; peak value is sustained in long time, on 112th day, the peak value of Aahas increased to threshold value(S/P<0.04), but the peak value of Ab has the higherlevel, but two antibodies of bench droop partial velocity differs the non constat. Thepeak value of twice immuned Bb group and once immuned Ba group appeared inthe same time. but the peak value of Bb group is higher than Ba group, on 112thday, the peak value of Bb group had relatively high level ,and value of Ba increasedto threshold level (0.4) closely, Weak the seedling of poison in PRRSV with put outthe live seedling on 14th day after immunity of can examine the antibody, the weakpoison in antibody seedling bench ratio examined in phase meantime puts out the liveseedling bench wants high, appearing the weak potent vaccination worth time areaconcentration diagram in peak in antibody on 21th day, the ratio puts out the live seedling 35 ds wants the quick 7 ds is or so, but maintain the time area concentrationdiagram ratio put out the live seedling short 7-14 days.The maternal antibody of the piggy is influence by the sow, antibody level ofsow had relatively high, maternal antibody of the piggy would be opposite high. Inexamine group, the piggy maternal antibody ratio of the weak potent vaccine ofpoison puts out the live seedling higher. Piggy at just be born in 7 days had thehighest maternal antibody level, with the time area ,concentration of the maternalantibody will decline quickly, the partial velocity of each group antibody droopdiffers the non contrast, on 28th day, antibody only reach 0.75 approximately, PRRSVantibody level hit the threshold value(0.4). In mother source antibody level of piggyon 7th day, the antibody Ab and Bb had the highest level, respectively 1.80±0.48 and1.77±0.38, Ba group had the lowest antibody level, is 1.26±0.19. But differencebetween each group was not significant.
