The cold farming area in the northeastern coldland is too long due to the cultivation time of the cultivated land,and the farming mode makes the soil disturbance large.Cultivated land faces serious degradation,soil water shortage and other problems.Resulting in a serious decline in the quality of sowing operations.The principle of no-tillage and straw-splitting precision seeding technique using the lateral throwing of straw.Under the premise of less soil disturbance.Once entering the ground,it can complete many operations such as clear straw straw,fine seeding,lateral deep fertilization,overburden cracking,and chemical spraying.Among them,the cracking of soil is the key technical link in this planting mode.In this paper,the problem of overburden cracking in the follows.?1?Design of a three-way adjustable V-Type soil-covered roller:According to the relevant technical requirements of the 2BMFJ series of original no-tillage straw precision planter and the design requirements of the soil-removing device in the agricultural machinery design manual.An angle three-way adjustable V-type soil-covering roller is designed.The overall structural design scheme of V-type soil-covering roller is proposed.Analyze its working principle,requirements for major components and key work components are given design and calculation of structural parameters of the key working parts covered with soil pressure discs.?2?Analysis of soil adhesion process and ABAQUS finite element virtual analysis:According to the theory of modern agricultural mechanics and soil adhesion mechanics.The interaction between the soil-retaining disc and the soil and the process of soil adhesion and the causes of the soil compaction of the overburden pressure reducer are analyzed.Using ABAQUS finite element analysis to analyze the interaction between soft soil overburden and soil contact movement process.The simulated value of soil compaction during the work of the anti-sticking of each roller.For different soil conditions,the reference of the soil-removing device and the anti-adhesive technology after no-tillage straw sowing is provided.
