The elevation mechanism and atomization regulator of adjustable flow nozzle are selected as the core part of research.According to the technical exploration,technological research,model construction and engineering design,the new theories and methods in multi-disciplinary technical field are adopted.On the basis of existing technical achievements,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research,the KDZY series adjustable flow sprinkler has been developed.The range,atomization degree,sprinkler,elevation angle,water distribution and uniformity are studied.The adjustable flows sprinkler head with independent intellectual property rights is developed successfully,which cannot only effectively promote the development of sprinkler irrigation industry in China,but also satisfied with the development trend of precision sprinkler irrigation technology.Main research achievements and innovations are shown as follow:1.The main problems of sprinkler irrigation technology in China are briefly introduced.The development status and trend of flow adjustable sprinkler at home and abroad are discussed.The design of flow adjustable sprinkler head,evaluation method and research status of hydraulic performance parameters are proposed.2.On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental research,the technical parameters of KDZY flow adjustable sprinkler are obtained.The key technology of KDZY series flow adjustable sprinkler is the structure of adjustable elevation and atomization,which has many functions,such as adjustable atomization,adjustable elevation and so on.It realizes arbitrary adjustable of the sprinkler elevation in the range of 0 to 30 degrees.3.The novel adjustable elevation sprinkler is proposed.Spherical yin-yang joint connection and positioning teeth are employed to control the stability of spherical joint,and the sprinkler can only move in the vertical plane to change the elevation angle.And the limit bar is applied to ensure the sprinkler can work stability when the elevation angle is adjusted to a suitable angle.What is more,the connection between sprinkler and hollow shaft is improved to twisted connection which can rotate in vertical plane.The purpose of adjusting the elevation angle of sprinkler is realized.The structure is equipped with a dial,and the elevation angle adjustment is more intuitive.4.An innovative rotating atomization regulator is proposed.By changing the contact area between the water-retaining sheet and the water flow with the rotating screw,the angle between the water-retaining sheet and the water flow can be changed.It can realize synchronized adjustment of flow rate,atomization and range,which can better adapt to windy conditions.5.The hydraulic test performance of KDZY series adjustable flow sprinkler meets the design requirements.The tested are conducted under different working pressure,elevation angle and sprinkler needle angle.The results show that the sprinkler range increases with the elevation angle increasing.However,with the increased of water dispensing needle angle,the sprinkler range decreases and atomization degree gradually increases.Furthermore,the technical indexes of KDZY-4 type adjustable flow sprinkler meets the national standard through hydraulic performance test.When the working pressure reaches 300 k Pa,the sprinkler elevation is15 degrees and a sprinkler needle of 0 degrees,the range reaches 17 m,and the average sprinkler irrigation intensity is 3.03 mm/h,and the deviation of the rotational uniformity is 1.8%.The deviation of uniformity of rotation stipulated in the national standard is 12%.The simulation of KDZY-4 sprinkler is carried out by CFD software.The influence of elevation angle and sprinkler needle angle on the sprinkler is analyzed.The simulation results are basically consistent with the test.The hydraulic performance of KDZY series sprinklers is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the KDZY-4 series sprinklers have better hydraulic performance than the traditional ones. |
