Study On Understory Economic Development In Xinlin District Of Daxinganling Prefecture

The forest economy has an increasingly irreplaceable position in the modern social production economy.Under the forest economy,“under the forestry planting,aquaculture,collection and forestry products processing industries,which are based on forest resources and forest ecological environment.” The forest has less economic investment,quick results and great potential.The development of the forest economy not only can solve the problem of forest farmers' income well,but also promotes ecological harmony and promotes the sustainable development of forestry.Therefore,the forest economy is an indispensable way for forestry and forestry development.The purpose of this paper is to provide feasible suggestions for the economic development of the forest under the new forest area.This paper first studies the background of the economic development of the forest under the new forest area,and consults a large number of references,pointing out the status quo of the economic development of the forest under the new forest area,the existing problems and causes,and then combining the data for data analysis,through the forest under the domestic and foreign The economic experience is summarized and referenced.Finally,the overall analysis of the comprehensive benefits of the forest under the new forest area is carried out and relevant recommendations are put forward.Through the analysis of the relevant data of Xinlin District and the analysis of the results of 200 questionnaires conducted in the local area,the main problems in the Understory Economic in Xinlin District are as follows:(1)The scale of operation is small and the business model is single;)low technology content,incomplete information;(3)low resource utilization;(4)severe financial constraints;(5)cold climate and slow crop growth.The causes of the problem are:(1)insufficient promotion of economic technology under the forest;(2)backward management concept;(3)insufficient government support;(4)lack of leading enterprises and brands.Based on the analysis results,this paper proposes relevant policies and suggestions for developing the forest economy in the new forest area as follows:(1)speed up infrastructure construction and improve relevant support policies;(2)strengthen the construction of forestry professional cooperatives;(3)scientific planning and scale up;(4)Supporting science and technology,strengthening personnel training;(5)Improving laws,regulations and policies;(6)Scientifically developing the economy under the forest according to local conditions.
