This paper studies the effects of compound application of silicon fertilizer with sepiolite,bio-organic fertilizer and phosphorus ore powder on rice yield,cadmium content in various organs of rice and the form of cadmium in the way of combination of field experiment and pot experiment,and contrasts the effect of remediation of cadmium contaminated soil by using compound application of passivating agent and using four kinds of passivating agents in order to find out a better combination of passivating agents which can effectively control cadmium contaminated soil and provide a theoretical basis for the development of new composite passivating agents.In the field experiment,the control group and the silicon fertilizer group are set up.In the pot experiment,the control group,the silicon fertilizer group,the sepiolite group,the bio organic fertilizer group,the phosphate rock powder group and compound application group that the silicon fertilizer respectively combined with three kinds of passivating agents are set up.The amount of sepiolite,bio organic fertilizer and phosphate rock powder are set up two levels respectively,and there are 14 treatment groups.The results of the present study are as follows:1.In field experiment,after applying silicon fertilizer,the yield of Shen Rice 529 and Shen Nong 315 increase.x`2.In field experiment,aAfter applying silicon fertilizer,the content of cadmium in root,stem and leaf of Shen Rice 529 increase,the content of cadmium in root and stem of Shen Nong 315 increase,cadmium content in leaf decreases,and the content of cadmium in grain of two kinds of rice decrease.3.In field experiment,after applying silicon fertilizer,the content of available cadmium in soil decreases,the proportion of the content of exchangeable cadmium decreases,and the proportion of the content of residual cadmium increases.4.In pot experiment,the combined application of silicon fertilizer and sepiolite,bio-organic fertilizer,and phosphate rock powder is superior to the single application of the same type of passivating agent in improving rice yield.The yield of rice treated with sepiolitealone treated with H2 is lower than that of the control group,and the yield of rice treated with silicon fertilizer combined with sepiolite is lower than SH1.5.In pot experiment,the combined application of silicon fertilizer and sepiolite,bio-organic fertilizer and phosphate rock powder can reduce the cadmium content of rice grain,and the effect is better than the same single passivator application.However,after adding silicon fertilizer,the cadmium content of rice stems and leaves also increase.6.In pot experiment,compared with the application of a single passivating agent,the combined application of silicon fertilizer and sepiolite,bio-organic fertilizer,and phosphate rock powder can further reduce the effective cadmium content in the soil and reduce the proportion of the exchangeable cadmium content,and increase the proportion of the residual cadmium content.
