Study On Cultivated Land Quality Enhancement Potential In Bayuquan District Of Yingkou City Based On Agricultural Land Gradation

The total amount of cultivated land in China is small,and the proportion of medium and low grade cultivated land is relatively large.The overall quality of cultivated land is relatively low.There are Limiting factors on most cultivated land,and there is a shortage of reserve cultivated land in China,which makes it difficult to effectively obtain the policy of“requisition-compensation balance” of cultivated land.Under such conditions,it is very necessary to tap the cultivated land quality enhancement potential.Therefore,based on agricultural land gradation,this paper starts from the point of view of limiting factors of cultivated land quality enhancemnt in Bayuquan,and using literature analysis method,GIS spatial analysis method,and model construction method to measure the limiting factors and the degree of limitation of each grade cultivated land,and determines the dominant limit degree and the dominant limiting factors.On this basis,according to the realistic feasibility of enhance the limiting factors,the theoretical potential and practical potential of various utilization grade of cultivated land were calculated.In addition,we put forward targeted measures to enhance the quality of cultivated land,so that the research results can provide data support for enhance the quality of cultivated land in Bayuquan District.Research indicates:(1)The limiting factors and the degree of limitation in Bayuquan is different.There are five limiting factors in 10 grade cultivated land,including soil organic matter content,soil pH,terrain gradient,irrigation water source,and profile configuration.The dominant limitation is mild limitation.The dominant limiting factor is “organic matter”.There are seven limiting factors in 11 grade cultivated land,including surface soil texture,soil organic matter content,soil pH,effective thickness of soil layer,terrain gradient,irrigation water source,and profile configuration.The dominant limitation is mild limitation,moderate limitation and severe limitation.The dominant limiting factors are “organic matter” and “soil layer-organic matter-slope”.There are four limiting factors in 12 grade cultivated land,including surface soil texture,soil organic matter content,effective thickness of soil layer,and terrain gradient.The dominant limitation is severe limitation.The dominant limiting factor is“soil layer-slope-organic matter”.(2)The enhancement potential for cultivated land quality in Bayuquan is divided into theory potential and practical potential.The theoretical enhancement potential for 10 grade cultivated land is 0.03 to 0.23.The theoretical enhancement potential for 11 grade cultivated land is 0.02 to 1.30.The theoretical enhancement potential for 12 grade cultivated land is 1.07 to 1.28.The areas with higher theoretical enhancement potential are located in Lutun Town and Haixing Street.The practical enhancement potential in the Bayuquan is further divided into short-term tapping potential and long-term tapping potential.In the short-term tapping zone,10 grade cultivated land has no potential to be digging.The practical enhancement potential for 11 grade cultivated land is 0 to 0.19.In the long-termtapping zone,the practical enhancement potential for 10 grade cultivated land is 0 to 0.05.The practical enhancement potential for 11 grade cultivated land is 0 to 0.99.The practical enhancement potential for 12 grade cultivated land is 0.78 to 1.04.The areas with higher practical enhancement potential are located in Lutun Town and Haixing Street.According to the comprehensive analysis,the average grade of the theoretical goal was increased by 0.02 compared with the average grade of actual,and the average grade of the practical goal was increased by 0.01 compared with the average grade of actual,and which was lower than the average grade of the theoretical goal by 0.01.(3)Based on limiting factors,degree of limitation,and enhancement potential of different grade of cultivated land,measures are proposed to enhance the quality of cultivated land in Bayuquan.The 10 grade cultivated land should pay attention to the conservation of cultivated land.The 11 grade cultivated land to be enhanced through biological,chemical and engineering techniques.The 12 grade cultivated land enhancement is difficult,needing for the government to increase financial support.
