Soybean[Glycine max?L.?Merr.]is an important grain and oil crops,and it is also a major source of human botany protein.It is not only one of the major crops in China,but also the country's largest import of agriculture products.Its extended product chain and value chain play a pivotal role in the trade of agriculture products.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate high-quality soybean varieties.Nowadays,molecular breeding is the main driving force for the development of the soybean product in the world,and is also the core-technology of the international soybean product competition.At present,many related genes have been found in the stages of soybean reproductive development and vegetative growth.However,there has been little breakthrough in soybean growth habit.In this Study,the mutation of Heinong35 was used as an experimental material by X-ray induced.Then we sequence the known genes and monitor the expression levels of them,and hybridized with the mutant material ZK1917 and Heihe43 to build F2 groups.Then we found the phenotypic separation ratio is 3:1?semi-determinate: indeterminate?,and extracted recessive homozygous individuals DNA to build an indeterminate DNA pool.Finally we get the result by BSA sequencing.1.The mutant ZK1917 and the wild-type Heinong35 have no mutant in the CDS of Dt2 and GmSOC1,and the target gene may participate in blocking the binding of GmSOC1 and Dt1 at the SAM of V2 stage,thereby releasing the expression of Dt1 to affect the phenotype.2.Nine candidate regions were initially obtained through BSA sequencing analysis,and QTL co-localization analysis and gene expression analysis were performed in combination with public database.We find that there are four regions with associated QTL overlap such as plant height and reproductive period.3.Nine regions were screened by re-sequencing data and 848 pairs In Del markers.Then we use SPSS 20.0 to analyze correlation between genotypic and phenotypic.Finally we find two markers ID14200 and ID14215 with extremely significant related,and we determine the accuracy of markers by the permutation test and bootstrap test.4.Finally,the candidate interval was located in Chr.14 6283563 to 6324987 by the genotype of F2 population.
