This study was conducted with two different phosphorus?P?efficient soybean genotypes, set three P levels(no P:0mmol·L-1;low P:0.05mmol·L-1;medium P:0.5mmol·L-1)and two sucrose concentrations?0%and 1%?,investigated the root morphology?total root length, root area, root number, etc.?,plant biomass, carbohydrate content, sucrose metabolism related enzyme activity, nitrogen and P accumulation, and plant biomass of soybean seedlings. The results are as follows:After the addition of exogenous sucrose, the root system growth of phosphorus efficient soybean was promoted. However, the total root length and surface area of phosphorus inefficient soybean were significantly inhibited.Add sugar, root of SPS and root of AI and root of NI activity under phosphorus stress, significant changes have taken place in both, active in the late processing all showed increasing trend, and plant of soluble sugar, sucrose and fructose content all showed increasing trend; After adding exogenous sugar at the same time, makes no phosphorus inefficient soybeans under phosphorus stress the nitrogen content of the aboveground, with the increase of processing time showed increasing trend, and prompted p-efficient soybean under low phosphorus stress of phosphorus content on the ground,at the same time significantly promote the two types of soybean root of p nutrient allocation ratio; The dry weight and root dry weight of single plant showed an increasing trend at each phosphorus level after sucrose was added, and the root canopy ratio of two types of soybean increased significantly.Among them, the increase of phosphorus inefficient soybean is more significant.Applying sucrose increased overall, two types of soybean seedlings to low phosphorus stress patience, with the aid of the controllable sugar, phosphorus space conclusion is helpful to the breeding selection on production in the future.
