Strawberry is a kind of fruit that containing of sugar,vitamin C,amino acid,organic acid and minerals.It becomes more and more popular.Strawberry industrial is developed rapidly in our country.80% of the strawberry was planted in greenhouse.Because of high temperature and high humidity in greenhouse,the disease was occurrence frequently and disease index is high.It affected the yield and quality of strawberry,leading to huge losses to the farmers.Pesticide is an important method to control the pests and diseases.Thiabendazole and Chlorothalonilare a kind of protectant fungicide used in strawberry.Using the rate higher than recommended,pesticide residues isover-standard.To research the dissipation of Thiabendazole and Chlorothalonil,the effect on content of sugar and sucrose-metabolizing enzymes,Thiabendazole@1 500 g/hm~2?3 000 g/hm~2 and Chlorothalonil@2 250 g/hm~2?4 500 g/hm~2 were used to treatment the strawberry in greenhouse.1.Determine Thiabendazoler and Chlorothalonil's equation,TD 50 and PHI on strawberry.2.The content of soluble sugar,soluble solid and titrable acid was measured.Thiabendazole and Chlorothalonilhas effect on the content of soluble sugar and soluble solid,but has no effect on titrable acid.3.The content of glucose,cane sugar and fructose was measured.From the result,it showed that Chlorothalonil@ 3 000 g/hm~2 can enhance the content of cane sugar.Thiabendazole@ 4 500 g/hm~2 decrease the content of sugar at zeroth day,but the it recovered at seventh day.Thiabendazole@ 1 500 g/hm~2 and Chlorothalonil@ 2 250 g/hm~2 have no effect on the content of the sugar.4.The effect of Thiabendazole and Chlorothalonilonsucrose-metabolizing enzymes was measured.Chlorothalonil@ 3 000 g/hm~2 can enhance the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase and sucrose synthase.Thiabendazole@ 4 500 g/hm~2 decreased the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase and sucrose synthase at zeroth day and first day,the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase and sucrose synthase.But it can enhance the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase at third day.Thiabendazole@ 4 500 g/hm~2 also can enhance the activity of acid invertase.Thiabendazole@ 1 500 g/hm~2 and Chlorothalonil@ 2 250 g/hm~2 have no effect on sucrose phosphate synthase,sucrose synthase and acid invertase.
