In the current feed industry,the compound enzyme preparations are usually made up of xylanase,?-glucanase,?-mannanase,amylase,protease and vector.Probiotics consist of different probiotics(Such as Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Bacillus coagulum,etc.),which are good for poultry.In recent years,they both as feed additives,have been widely added to the poultry diet alone,and produced a good effect.However,in the past,there was little research on whether they had synergistic effects in poultry diets together.This study uses broiler breeding experiments,through the detection of the production performance,serum biochemical index,slaughter performance index,immune organ index,ileum nutrient digestibility,cecum microorganisms,to explore the application effect of the combined use of compound enzyme and probiotics.300 Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups according to the principle of close weight and half of the male and female.Each group was repeated 5 repetitions and 15 broilers were repeated each.The treatment groups were: control group: corn soybean meal diet;Probiotics group: corn soybean meal diet + probiotics(200 g / t);Enzyme group: corn soybean meal diet + compound enzyme preparations(200 g / t);Combination group: corn meal diet + probiotics(100 g / t)+ compound enzyme preparations(100 g / t).The result is:(1)Combined use of microecological preparation and enzyme preparation can improve broiler production performance in different degrees.The combination performance of 22~42 day group and 0~42 day age group is the best.(2)Compared with probiotics group and enzyme group,the combination group reduced the content of uric acid and increased the content of total protein,albumin and globulin in the serum biochemical index.Among them,the combined use of microecological preparation and complex enzyme preparation is the best in reducing uric acid.(3)Half-eviscerated yield,eviscerated yield,chest muscle rate,the rate of leg muscle,were the highest in the combination group,which increased half-eviscerated yield more obvious,For the reduction of abdominal fat rate,the effect of microecological preparation combined with compound enzyme preparation is also the best..(4)Compared with probiotics group and enzyme group combined group of dry matter and protein apparent digestibility have increased,and the promotion of dry matter is particularly significant in the early period,increasing by 11.14% and 14.77% respectively.(5)The combined use of microecological preparation and enzyme preparation has a good effect on the increase of probiotic Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium,and the effect is better than that of the treatment group that they have added separately.In summary,in the broiler production management,the combined use of the compound enzyme preparations and the probiotics shows the advantages of using the two together in terms of performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical index,apparent ileum nutrient digestibility and cecum.
