Species And Application Of Landscape Plants In Residential Areas Of Xi’an

Garden plants are the main elements of landscape design.In this paper,based on the garden plants in the residential area of Xi’an City,on the basis of consulting the relevant literature,the paper selected 60 residential areas of 5 administrative districts in Xi’an,and carried out a detailed investigation and Analysis on the types and application forms of garden plants used in Xi’an residential areas by means of field investigation and photographing.The application of forest plants provides a theoretical basis for the greening of Xi’an and surrounding cities.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Through consulting the literature,we clarify the residential area and its related concepts,make clear the types of green space,the principle of plant allocation,plant allocation model and other related theories,which lay the foundation for the in-depth study.2.There are 138 species of landscape plants in Xi’an,belonging to 57 families and 96 genera.Among them,gymnosperms belong to 4 families,6 genera and 11 species,and angiosperms belong to 53 families,90 genera and 127 species.Among angiosperms,there are 117 species of dicotyledonous plants and 10 species of monosperm plants.Dominant families include cypress,magnolaceae,Rosaceae,Leguminosae,Aceraceae,Aceraceae,Aceraceae,lonicaceae,lonicaceae,Liliaceae,18 evergreen trees,48 deciduous trees,7 evergreen shrubs,19 deciduous shrubs,24 herbaceous plants,1 vine plants,3 aquatic plants,18 species of flowers,12 view fruit,12 view fruit and 32 foliage.5 kinds of work.3.The 4 types of typical models of plant landscaping in Xi’an residential area were summed up.The 4 types of the allocation model were "Joe-shrub-grass" complex structure community,"Joe-shrub","shrub-lawn ground","sparse forest grassland",among which the "Qiao-irrigation-grass" configuration model was most applied.4.The main problems of plant landscaping in Xi’an residential area include 5 aspects,namely,less native tree species use,unobvious landscape monsoon,low green management level,non standard green space index in residential area,and weak ecological awareness of planning and design,and the plant landscape is put forward correspondingly.Construction and promotion of countermeasures and suggestions.
