PRDC is the abbreviation of Porcine respiratory disease comples.is a multi-respiratory syndrome and is the result of a combination of viruses,bacterian,mycoplasmas,parasites,bad breeding administration conditions,susceptible pig population and so on.The 142 regiments of Xin'an town in Shihezi have always been the main economic industry with the production of animal husbandry.In recent years,it is the guide to energetically implement science and technology for animal husbandry.Supporting the construction of a modern and large-scale pig breeding base as a support.Strengthening the construction of the prevention and control system of pig epidemic disease as a guarantee.We should vigorously develop animal husbandry.Speed up the development of the pig industry.But with the development of large-scale,intensive farming,more and more kinds of diseases in swine epidemic disease,also more and more difficult to treat,mortality rate is greatly improved before development,In the process of pig production often occurs in swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine pseudorabies and Porcine Circovirus Disease etc.It has caused serious economic losses to the pig production enterprises,and has become an important bottleneck for the development of the pig industry.In order to get a better understanding of the PRDC related four virus diseases(PRRSV,CSFV,PRV and PCV2),the level of immunization antibodies in the 142 regiment pig farms and the sick pigs in the Xin'an Town,Shihezi,and the prevalence of the four viral pathogens between the 142 mass piggery,the question was made in 11 of the 142 regiments of Xin'an Town,Shihezi,in the year of 2015.Pig farm,through the survey,detailed understanding of the construction time,feeding situation,incidence and death situation of 11 large-scale pig farms,and collected 455 sera samples from 5 different age stages of healthy pigs,and collected 297 sera samples from 4 different age stages of the sick or suspected swine,and used the ELISA method to detect the antibody of PRRSV,CSFV,PRV-gB/gE and PVC-2..The results showed that the positive rates of antibodies in healthy pigs were 87.25%,91.87%,47.69%,23.29% and 18.9% respectively,while the positive rates of the antibodies of the infected pigs were 91.25%,97.64%,58.59%,29.97% and 24.92%,respectively.The results showed that the swine respiratory and reproductive disorder syndrome and swine fever immunization antibody reached the national level,and the immune effect of the porcine pseudorabies was poor.The 142 regiment PRV vaccine was gE missing and did not carry out the PCV2 immunity.Therefore,it showed that the pseudorabies and the ring 2 virus in the 142 mass piggery were serious.The antibody test results were compared,and the antibody positive of all stages of the sick animals was larger than that of the healthy animals.Therefore,it was shown that the four pathogens were widely distributed in the 142 mass fields.Tissue samples collected 149 pigs,Detection of 4 antigens of PRRSV,CSFV,PRV and PVC-2 by using PCR and RT-PCR techniques,The results showed that 10 of the 11 large-scale pig farms were PRDC positive.107 samples of PRDC positive samples were detected in 149 tissue samples collected.The positive rate was 71.81%,respectively.Particularly,single or mixed infection positive rate of PRRSV,CSFV,PRV and PCV2 were 57.05%?26.17%?34.90% and 39.60%.In 107 PRDC positive samples,only 25 samples were found to be single infection with a proportion of 23.36%,The mixed infection of 82 samples,accounting for 76.64% of the total number of samples,From the type of mixed infection of view,in the 82 mixed infection samples,double mixed infection accounted for 58.53%,48,three mixed infection accounted for 26.83%,four mixed infection in 12,accounting for 14.63%.From the results of the test,the main infection mode of the 142 mass piggery was the double infection of the virus,especially the infection of PRRSV+PRV and PRRSV+PCV-2.Using the existing PCR technology,the specific primers for synthesis of PRRSV,CSFV,PRV and PCV2 were designed respectively,and multiple PCR techniques were constructed.Through specific test,sensitivity test and consistency test,this rapid diagnosis method was confirmed,which was fully applicable to the rapid diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of the pathogens of PRRSV,CSFV,PRV,and PCV2 four virus diseases associated with PRDC.149 tissue samples collected during 2015-2016 years in 11 large-scale piggery of 142 regiments were detected.The results were in agreement with the results of single PCR test,indicating that the infection of PRDC in the 142 mass piggery was more serious,as long as it was a double infection of PRRSV+PRV and PRRSV+PCV2.The test results of serum antibody detection,etiology detection and multiple PCR techniques in142 regiments 11 large-scale pig farms showed that the immune antibodies of PRRSV and CSFV in 142 regiments 11 farms were qualified,PRV immune antibodies were not qualified,and the four kinds of pathogens were infected with wild virus,and mainly PRRSV+PRV and PRRSV+PCV2.A double infection.
