Integrated Control Of Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumonia In Certain Large-scale Swine Farm

Recently,certain large-scale swine farm have had disease,many pigs have died,that caused serious economic losses.Etiological examination for 18 dead pigs from this swine farm,statistical analysis for pathogens.Results showed that the main pathogens in pigs were: Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,Porcine reproductive,respiratory syndrome virus and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae,the incidence rates were:50%,16.7%,12%.The isolation rate of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae is higher,which caused swine porcine contagious pleuropneumonia,it's a highly contagious respiratory disease of pigs,the incidence of acute pigs lung cellulose bleeding,chronic pigs lung partial necrosis and pneumonia.This is an important cause for the onset of large-scale farms and mortality increased.In order to effective control pleuropneumonia harm to the large-scale swine farm and reduce pigs mortality rate,this study was carried out from the following tests.Using 9 APP strains,called A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8 and A9,isolated from QZZC.Study their biological characteristics,determination of 9 APP growth curve,Screened virulent strains shows that A2 strain was most Virulent.Prepare the ground for the production of inactivated whole-cell vaccine.Training A2 strain produced inactivated whole cell inactivated vaccine,as the same time,Production A2,SS2 strain of Ery whole cell triple hybrid inactivated vaccine for comparison.Immune inactivated whole-cell vaccination of 100 21d-piglets,immune inactivated whole-cell vaccination of 100 80 d pigs,establishment of 100 pigs as immunized control group.Test result shows that first time immune at 21 d piglets group,after the second immunization 40 days,pigs incidence of respiratory diseases in group V213 and V211 were 6% and 7%,pigs incidence of respiratory diseases in immunized control group was17%,incidence of respiratory diseases of experiment pigs compared to immunized control group significant incidence of respiratory diseases difference(P<0.05);After that,compared to immunized control group significant incidence of respiratory diseases same(P>0.05).Test result shows that first time immune at 80 d pigs group,after the second immunization 35 days,pigs incidence of respiratory diseases group V803 and V801 were 12% and10%,pigs incidence of respiratory diseases in immunized control group was31%,incidence of respiratory diseases of experiment pigs compared to immunized control group significant incidence of respiratory diseases very difference(P < 0.01).After that,compared to immunized control group significant incidence of respiratory diseases same(P>0.05).It is suggested that immune at21d-piglets group protective immunity among 40 days,immune at 80d-pigs groupprotective immunity among 35 days.Kirby-Bauer drug susceptibility disk diffusion method was used to research the antibiotics sensitivity of isolated APP.The test results show that,APP sensitivity to cefradine was the highest,the sensitive rate was 100%,followed by florfenicol,sensitive rate was 88.9%,and amoxicillin,norfloxacin,kanamycin and cefazolin sensitive,sensitive rate was 77.8%,to lincomycin,vancomycin,tetracycline and penicillin,resistance rate was 100%.Ceftiofur sodium injection to76 incidence pigs,florfenicol injection to103 incidence pigs,flunixin meglumine injection to and amoxicillin mixture injection to 34 injection pigs,recovery rate were 97.4%,99% and 100%.No significant difference between them(P>0.05).Select 406 120day-pigs,stocking density is one square meter of a pig.Feeding management as following: Control piggery temperature about 23?,maintain good indoor ventilation timely,cleaning shoes when people in or go out of piggery.Use povidone-iodine disinfection piggery and pigs 1 time 3 days,clean up feces once a day.Result shows that pigs incidence of respiratory disease from 40% to 25%.As the results show,Vaccination is the preferred control measures of PCP.Suitable doses of vaccine strain and time is a factor as well as immunity,use feeding management and improve the way science is sensitive drugs can help to enhance the control effect of PCP.For QZZC,both of two kinds inactivated whole-cell vaccine can reduce respiratory diseases.Cephradine and florfenicol is effective in treating PCP drug of choice.Reasonable basis on stocking density and nutrition,good ventilation and the ambient temperature is to reduce stress,improve immunity,thereby reducing an important factor in the occurrence of PCP.
