With the rapid development of greening, urban green space rate, green coverage rate and per capita green space area can be greatly increased.Landscape greening plays an increasingly important role in the urban environment. The increasing awareness of ecology and environment and the requirement of urban gardens are becoming more and more important. In order to improve the green rate of the city,we need not only plane greening, but also the organic combination of plane greening and vertical greening,so as to give full play to the advantages of vines in landscape greening, widen the greening space and improve the greening level.Better to improve the environmental quality of the city to provide a new way.In this paper, the cutting experiments of different kinds of vines were carried out in Ordos,Inner Mongolia, that is,Flos pentagerae,Flos Lonicerae,Grapes palmatophila and Aconitum vinifera. Its botanical properties were observed. The growth and development of different species of lianas were observed by different substrate ratio, cuttage length, cutting variety and concentration of indole acetic acid, and the optimum growth conditions were studied. In order to provide scientific basis and reference for large-area planting and promotion in our area in the future. The findings are as follows:?1?the best combination of root formation rate of different species of vine cuttings was A4B3C3D4,and the order of range R value of agglomeration rate was RB>RC>RA>RD,B which was the main factor, that is,the length of cuttings. The next was C?Cuttage length?and D?concentration of indole acetic acid?.The optimum test factors of the highest agglomeration rate were as follows:substrate 8:2,cuttings length 15cm,cuttings variety grape, indole acetic acid 1500ppm.?2?the best combination of seedling height growth of orthogonal experiment was A4B3C3D2,and the order of the range R value of seedling height growth was RA>RC>RB>RD,A as the main influencing factor, that is,the proportion of substrate. The next was C?Cuttage length?and D?concentration of indole acetic acid?.The optimum experimental factors were as follows: substrate ratio 8:2,cuttings length 15 cm,cuttings variety Grape,Indole acetic acid500 ppm.the optimum experimental factors were as follows:substrate ratio 8:2,cuttings length 15 cm,cuttings variety Grape,Indole acetic acid 500 ppm.?3?the optimum combination with the largest average leaf area of different species of Liana cutting was A1B3C1D2,and the order of the range R value of the mean leaf area was RC>RB>RD>RA,C as the main influencing factors, that is,the cutting variety.B?length of cuttage??indole acetic acid concentration?,and finally A?substrate ratio?.The optimum test factors of average leaf area were as follows:substrate ratio 5:5,cuttage length 15 cm,cuttage variety 5:5,indoleacetic acid 500 ppm.?4?Orthogonal test root length optimal combination A1B3C1D3 of different species of lianas cuttings, the order size of the range R value of the root length is RA>RD>RC>RB,A factor is the main factor affecting,ie matrix ratio,Followed by D?indole acetic acid concentration?,C?cutting varieties?,and finally B?cutting length?.That is,the optimal test factor for the average root length is the substrate ratio 5:5,the length of the cuttings is 15cm,the cutting species is the cracked grape, and the indole acetic acid is 1000 ppm.?5?the optimum root number of different species of Liana cuttings was A4B3C2D4,and the order of R value of root length was RB>RC>RD>RA,B that is,cutting length, followed by C?concentration of indoleacetic acid?and A?proportion of substrate?.The optimum experimental factors of average root length were as follows:substrate ratio 8:2,cuttings length 15 cm,honeysuckle cut variety Flos Lonicerae and Indole acetic acid 500ppm.?6?orthogonal test of different biomass of lianas cutting on the order of size range R root length value is RB>RC>RD>RA,B,as the main factors influencing factors, namely the cutting length, followed by C,D?cuttage breed??IAA concentration?.The last is A?medium?.The aboveground biomass of the optimal factor matrix ratio 8:2,the length of cuttings for 15cm,cuttings varieties p.quinquefolia, indole acetic acid 500ppm.?7?The order of root length range R value is RB=RC>RA>RD.that is,Bu C factor is the main factor, which is cutting length and cutting variety, respectively, which is the best combination of A4B3C3D2for cuttage of different species of lianas, and the order of R value of root length is RB=RC>RA>RD.the main factor is BJC,which is the length of cuttage and the variety of cuttage, respectively. Then A?matrix ratio?and finally D?concentration of indole acetic acid?.The optimum experimental factors of underground biomass were as follows:substrate ratio 8:2,cuttings length 15 cm,cuttings variety Grape,Indole acetic acid 500 ppm.?8?According to the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of multi-index orthogonal experiment, the best experiment combination of different kinds of vine is A4B3C3D2,that is,the ratio of cutting substrate is 8:2,the length of cutting is 15cm,the species of plant is Grape, the concentration of indole acetic acid is 500 ppm.
