| The effects of agronomic measures on agronomic characters and qualities of F.esculentum was studied by using Feng Tian No1.The test results show that:1.Different ways of applying fertilizer,urea 5kg at flowering stage and humic acid fertilizer sprayed with 600-fold concentration had the greatest effect on plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,dry weight and total flowering number of F.esculentum.The plant height at harvest stage was 165.58 cm,stem diameter was 1.2 cm,and total flowering number per plant was 1881.Under different sowing dates,the plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,dry weight and chlorophyll content of treatment S2 were the highest.2.Fertilization could increase chlorophyll content and SOD activity and CAT activity of buckwheat.At the same time,the SPAD value of chlorophyll content reached 55.09 when urea 5kg was applied at flowering stage and humic acid fertilizer of 600 times concentration was sprayed,and the activity of SOD activity catalase increased significantly at harvest stage.3.Different ways of applying fertilizer,the yield of urea 5kg and 600 times the concentration of humic acid fertilizer in the flowering period can make the maximum yield,the harvest period is 119 kg/667m2.harvest period,the 1000 grain weight of Processing of 4 is up to 34.02 g,the maximum grain number per plant is 325.33,and the seed setting rate is the highest in three treatments of the sowing period,and the yield of S2 is treated.The highest is 140.59 g and the seed setting rate is 20.8%.,which is the best treatment.4.Spraying humic acid fertilizer increased the number of effective first order branches of F.esculentum and reached 5.8 in Processing of 4.Different sowing dates had no significant effect on the number of effective first order branches of F.esculentum.5.In the fertilizer experiment,the content of starch,protein and crude fat in the grain of Processing of 4 was the highest,which was 69.55%and 10.32% and 9.75% respectively.The results showed that the starch content,crude fat content and total flavonoids content of treatment S1 were 69.96%,9.09% and 0.47 respectively,which were the highest among the three treatments.The protein content of treatment S2 was the highest(10.81%).The highest cellulose content of treatment S3 was 2.23%.6.The results showed that the optimum sowing time of F.esculentum Fengtian No.1 in Hohhot region was June 9,and the best fertilizer combination with 600 times concentration of humic acid was sprayed with urea 5kg permu. |
