Abstract/Summary:
Drought is one of the most influential non-biological stresses in sunflower production.the production and breeding of sunflower are facing great challenges due to drought stress.In this study,a total of 122 sunflower materials were collected as test materials.Specific length amplification fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq)technology was used to predict the enzyme digestion by using the genome of the Sunflower as a reference genome,taking rice Nipponbare for sequencing data were compared,based on bio-informatics technology,obtained polymorphic tags,then found the distribution of specific SNP sites,with pot experiment of seedling drought resistance,to identify the drought resistance and the significant correlation sites of the cultivars,through phenotypic data analysis and the correlation analysis of drought-related traits,the candidate genes of the significant correlation sites were annotated,and the candidate genes related to drought resistance were screened,it provides theoretical basis for further study on the mechanism of drought resistance and molecular marker assisted breeding.1.The nine traits,plant height,relative water content of leaves,SPAD,leaf area,root crown ratio,relative electrical conductivity,root length,root surface area and root volume can be used as indicators for drought resistance identification of sunflower seedlings,That the four traits of Leaf area,root length,root surface area and root volume were more sensitive to stress response,and were more representative in the evaluation of drought resistance.The comprehensive drought resistance evaluation showed that B108 was the most comprehensive drought resistance.2.Using SLAF-seq technology,a total of 477.76 M reads data,1105347 SLAF tags,of which 86985 polymorphic SLAF tags,and a total of 414692 group SNP markers,of which228987 are of high quality SNP.3.-lg(P)>6.36,Forty-three SNP associated with phenotypic measured are detected in the 17 chromosomes of sunflower,four of these were significantly associated sites.A significant correlation SNP locus was found on chromosome NC035434.1,which controls root surface area and root volume simultaneously,and the marker location was 130267112.A significant correlation locus between root surface area and root length was found on chromosome NC035443.1,with a location of 55775524.4.A total of 136 candidate genes were obtained by comparing 43 significant correlation markers in the correlation analysis.The candidate gene function was annotated,and 20 possible up-regulated expression candidate genes were found to be related to drought resistance,the Gene6867,Gene6868 and Gene47105 were found to control multiple traits simultaneously.
