| In this paper, the interspecies competitiveness of oats, intercropping with black beans, potatoes, alfalfa and crop single cropping, and the effects on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial community structure were studied under the condition of dry farming.A total of 7 treatments were made between oats, oats, oats, oats, alfalfa, oat monoculture, black bean single cropping, potato single cropping, and alfalfa single cropping.Research indicates:1.The planting pattern has a significant effect on the yield of black beans, oats, potatoes and alfalfa.Intercropping can significantly increase the efficiency of local land use.Oat intercropping black beans increased unit land use efficiency.Oat intercropping oats in the black beans the most invasive.Oatmeal intercropping is the largest invasive force.Oat intercropping potato has the most invasion of potatoes.During the intercropping period of Oats, the competitive advantage of oats gradually increased, which eventually exceeded that of Oyster, and the competitive advantage of Oats among Oats in Oats also gradually increased, but the potato was still in a competitive advantage.Intercropping black beans in black beans is in a competitive advantage.2.Intercropping can effectively reduce the soil bulk density, increase the content of large aggregates in the soil, improve the soil physical environment, and lay the foundation for increasing the yield and enriching the microbial community. The intercropping of oats and oats for intercropping has the best performance. However, there is a water competition relationship between oat oats and other two intercroppings, which is not conducive to the formation of yield. Therefore, oats intercropping black beans can optimize the soil physical environment.3.Intercropping has no significant effect on soil pH.Intercropping can affect soil organic matter content.Intercropping oats with black beans can increase soil organic matter content to some extent.Intercropping oats with oats and oats can increase soil total nitrogen, soil alkaline N,total soil potassium, soil available K content, oats and potato intercropping can increase soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus content.Insummary, the treatment of intercropping oats with oats and oats can reduce the loss of soil nutrients.4.Intercropping of oats and black beans and intercropping oats and potatoes can increase soil urease and sucrase activity.Intercropping oats and alfalfa could increase soil catalase activity.Intercropping oats and alfalfa could produce hydrogen peroxide substrate due to high intercropping density.Too much lead to an increase in catalase activity, while the other two enzyme activities are reduced, and this enzyme activity is not conducive to the transformation and utilization of soil nutrients.Intercropping oats with black beans and intercropping oats with potatoes are the best combination for improving soil enzyme activity.5.Intercropping treatment of intercropping oats and oats for intercropping Oats alone can increase soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content.Intercropping oats with oats and oats can increase the soil fungal content.Intercropping oats can increase soil Gram-positive bacteria and soil actinomycetes.Intercropping oats with black beans can increase soil eukaryotic content and fungi content. In summary, the intercropping of black oats in the three intercropping combinations is the optimal intercropping. It can provide a theoretical reference for improving the soil physical and chemical environment and optimizing the microbial community structure. |
