| With the continuous advancement of the times and science and technology,the degree of mechanization of rice cultivation has been strengthened continuously,but compared with developed countries,the degree of mechanization of rice cultivation in China is not still high,and due to the emergence of new rice varieties,the demand of rice planting is getting higher and higher.Rice seedling sowing is an integral part of rice planting mechanization and determines the rice yield.In order to improve the mechanical performance of the rice seedling sowing machine and meet the rice planting requirements,the specific research content of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the structure and working principle of a typical 2CYL-450 vibratory rice seedling planter,and analyze the movement characteristics of the seed on the surface of the large trough board,and select the most good vibration direction angle and inclination,then the cold rice seedlings sowing test was conducted.2.Contrast EDEM with PFC,and the discrete element method(EDEM)was used to simulate the rice seedling sowing process.This paper introduces the parameters of rice seeds and the introduction of complex geometric models in the EDEM and the material properties in simulation process.Taking 2CYL-450 type vibratory rice seedling planting precision seeder as the model,this paper studies the influence of vibration frequency of large trough plate on the state of rice seed movement under the same frequency of main conveyor belt and explored the relationship between rice seeds and rice seeds and rice seeds and large troughs during sowing to get the best vibration frequency.It provides a new theoretical basis for rice seedling sowing and the development of EDEM in agriculture.3.Introduce the classification of soil,the method of crushing soil and the mechanical properties of the soil,and Analysis the relationship between soil covering and the structure covering soil of rice seedling planter.In order to solve the problem of soil compaction caused by seedling sowing,based on the development of the key components of the 2CYL-450 vibratory rice seedling planter,this paper designed a rice seedling planting device and added nail structure,the nail are distributed axially and caninely staggered on the spike axis and can break soil blocks. |
